Located on the heights of Erquy, close to shops and Bourg Beach, this newly built 150 m² house accommodates up to 12 guests. Its west-facing terrace and rooftop terrace open the property towards the sea and Erquy Bay.

The 38.4 m² living area is designed for shared holidays. The lounge with corner sofa and armchairs opens onto the terrace. The dining table is large enough for the whole group to enjoy meals together.

The open-plan kitchen with central island is equipped for group stays: oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A utility room provides additional practical space.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200 and adjoining shower room
- 1 upstairs bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200 and harbour view
- 1 upstairs bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200 and sea view
- 1 upstairs dormitory bedroom with 2 bunk beds, providing 4 individual sleeping spaces 90x200
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200

The upstairs bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a double washbasin. Separate toilets are available on both floors. A cot and a high chair are also provided for family stays.

The west-facing terrace includes an outdoor table for 12 guests and two sun loungers. Accessible from the upstairs landing, the rooftop terrace provides two additional loungers and open sea views for relaxed evenings.

Parking is available in front of the house, making arrivals and daily outings easier with luggage or beach equipment.

Bourg Beach is approximately 300 metres away and shops are around 350 metres from the property. Erquy also offers easy access to its fishing harbour, Cap d'Erquy and the coastal paths of Brittany's Emerald Coast.
