The OVO Network team’s opinion -

Chalet Arpitania is a three-storey chalet for 14 guests, with five en suite bedrooms, an indoor pool, sauna and steam room and several south-facing balconies and terraces.

The seating area is set apart from the dining area, and both have a fireplace and doors on to the balcony/terrace - and the views are breathtaking!

Each of the five bedrooms has its own shower or bathroom - a real bonus for a large group. We particularly like the two suites on the top floor, which each have dressing areas and a balcony with great views - a great way to start your day!

The real highlight of this stunning home has to be the pool and spa area - the indoor pool is big enough to get some real exercise, but when it's time to party, there's a bar area with a kitchenette, which opens on to the terrace! There's also a steam room and a sauna where you can relax after a busy day in the mountains.

Please respect our neighbours by keeping the noise and music down during your stay, especially outside, or when the windows are open. Parties are not permitted at the property. Concierge service and personalised welcome :- The company "Agence Aravis Confort Services" provides a personalised welcome and departure service for guests during their stay.- Agence Aravis Confort Services provides an optional daily concierge service to customers in order to ensure eventual services such as providing breakfasts and delivery of groceries (a complete list of options is available on the site).- Supply and installation of household linen.- Cleaning of the premises: the chalet will be cleaned at the beginning and end of the stay.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Your perfect holiday retreat.

Lovely chalet equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. We especially enjoyed the pool area with its fabulous views and its own kitchen area for snacks and drinks. The outdoor dining area was great for BBQs rain or shine, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. Our son particularly enjoyed having his own cozy nook for TV and games.

Alpine paradise for family reunions

Our family reunion of adult siblings along with grandchildren was a great success, largely due to the combination of the idyllic alpine setting and the well-appointed chalet. We treasure time in the kitchen and around the table after a day of outdoor adventuring. In addition to elegant gathering spaces, the chalet has a wonderful balance of private spots. We had a couple of technical glitches, but Celine resolved them efficiently and courteously. Celine's availability and cooperation for additional services increased our enjoyment of the holiday. We have stayed in the region previously, and we prefer the chalet's proximity to La Clusaz and its amenities. We would love to return.

Un lieu que je recommande sans hésitation

Séjour exceptionnel. Le chalet est encore plus impressionnant en vrai que sur les photos : spacieux, très bien pensé et parfaitement équipé. Le niveau d’équipement est remarquable, chose rare en location : lits ultra confortables, peignoirs, serviettes de douche et de piscine, vaisselle en très grande quantité (verres, tasses, assiettes…) jusque dans les moindres détails. Même le bar de la piscine est parfaitement aménagé avec un service complet en version incassable (verres à vin, champagne, mojito), ainsi qu’un lave-vaisselle et un frigo dédiés. Céline est aux petits soins du début à la fin, avec une attention rare qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La vue est tout simplement incroyable, on ne s’en lasse pas. Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 2 minutes en voiture du centre, et il est même possible de s’y rendre à pied en environ 20 minutes via un joli chemin de randonnée, à l’écart de la route. Un lieu que je recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans ce chalet! Nous étions 13 et le chalet est largement assez grand! Les volumes sont remarquables ! Mini soucis le garage n’est pas assez profond pour y mettre deux voitures. Mais cela n’enlève en rien l’excellence du chalet. Celine est vraiment au top! 🥰
