17th century manor overlooking the Charente

Hidden in a green setting, the Pavilion is an old 17th century lordship overlooking the Charente river.

Surrounded by a hectare of wooded and landscaped garden, you can enjoy a large swimming pool and a Nordic bath.

Completely renovated in 2023, we have preserved the authenticity and character of this historic setting. Its large windows provide this home with very bright spaces with breathtaking views of the entire valley and its river.

With its 6 large bedrooms, 20 beds, and 3 bathrooms, come and spend a stay with family or friends in a peaceful setting and enjoy the spacious indoor and outdoor spaces our cottage offers.

In the summer, take advantage of the many facilities and games available in the garden : swimming pool, Nordic bath, pétanque court, molkky, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, badminton and volleyball courts, swings, covered outdoor fitness room, etc.

Nous somme venu dans cette magnifique demeure le temps d’un week-end entre frères et Soeur et amis c’était juste parfait !! La maison est incroyablement bien rénovée et très agréable à vivre, les extérieurs sont grands et offres pleins de possibilités pour en profiter ! Pas de voisins aux alentours sauf de magnifiques chevaux appartenant aux propriétaires ! Lucie c’est toujours rendue disponible si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit ! Encore merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse A très vite j’espère Marie
