The White Ermine

Located 300 m from the village of Yvias, this family home, formerly that of the grandparents, has been carefully renovated to combine the charm of the old and comfort. You will appreciate its large fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals with family or friends. The little ones are not forgotten, with a dedicated room just for baby!

You will be seduced by its brightness and spacious spaces. It will offer you a relaxing setting in the countryside.

In the village there is a city park for children as well as a bar-tabac (bread depot, snack bar).

This rental is perfectly located to explore the magnificent landscapes and historical sites of the region: Ile de Bréhat, Sillon du Talbert, Plougrescant, Perros-Guirec, the circuit of the cliffs of Plouha, the castle of La Roche-Jagu, Pontrieux, Tréguier and its cathedral, the GR34.... 7 km away, Paimpol welcomes you with its old port, granite houses and Beauport Abbey, an unbeatable site.

The island of Bréhat, accessible by boat from Paimpol, offers quiet beaches and hiking trails.

Your holiday home is on two levels:
On the ground floor:
• Kitchen/living room open to the living room
• Access by two steps down to a laundry room, a separate toilet and a bathroom equipped with a shower

On the 1st floor:
• A bedroom equipped with a 140x200 bed
• An additional bedroom of 20 m², fitted out with two pull-out beds of 90x190 and a bed of 140x190.
• A small baby room, nicely decorated and equipped with a wooden bed
• A bathroom equipped with a shower and an outdoor toilet:

• Private gravelled terrace of 50 m² with a garden of 3000 m²
• Parking in the courtyard for 4 vehicles

Great accommodation

The accommodation is really great and the hosts are very nice. The garden is huge, it's ideal for families with small and older children. We felt very comfortable.

Lovely break in rural setting

The house was very spacious and the garden was huge, which our two boys very much enjoyed. Only 15 minutes drive from a beautiful beach. We had a very relaxing stay.

Delightful Gite in quiet location

Maison de pecheur was perfect for our trip. Three adults and two small children - 1 and 3 - who enjoyed the spacious garden. The house was very comfortably and well equipped. Lots to do in surrounding area - Paimpol and Tréguier both interesting and attractive. Plage de Bréhec great beach

Beautiful Property

Excellent renovation, modern, spacious, light, airy and very clean. The property would be ideal for families as has a large garden and lots of equipment for children. Yvias is a quiet village with a small bar from which bread and pizza can be ordered the day before. Supermarkets can be found at Paimpol which is approximately a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to others. Herve the owner was easy to contact and very helpful.

Our stay in Yvias

We had such a wonderful holiday in Yvias. Hervé and Béatrice were such accommodating hosts and nothing was too much. The house has been newly renovated to an excellent standard and is fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need. The garden is huge and safe and suited our four children perfectly. The location was great. Paimpol is very near and there is good access to a spectacular coast line. We had a super meal out on our last night at ´l’Astrolabe’ in Quemper Guezenec too, which is very close to Yvias. We would like to wish the hosts all the best possible for their future endeavours. Thank you x

Lovely Gite with beautiful garden

Our stay in gîte "Blanche Hermine" was very relaxing. The house was clean and the garden more then perfect. For our 3 boys enough space to play footbal and other games outside. We even saw some deer several times. Everything was available, and in good shape. Our contact with the owner, Herve' was very good. Yvias is a good base for exploring this part of Bretagne. Very quit, but close to the sparkling Pamploi with the Carrefour within a 7 minutes drive. Beautiful Abbey, Pontrieux (Venice in France) and Roche Jagu, 45 minutes to côte Granit Rose and several beaches close by. Don't forget a visit to the island -I'll Brehat. I would recommend this house to everyone.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au gîte. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et le jardin, un havre de paix. Tant nos 3 jeunes enfants que nous avons adoré. Le gîte est également très bien localisé. Béatrice et Hervé sont des hôtes charmants.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je leurs donne 5 étoiles sans problème c’est justifié.Il ne manquait rien. Le logement est très spacieux, beaucoup d’espaces, clair et agréable. Belle déco intérieure à l’image des propriétaires.Literie impeccable. 2 belles salles de bains avec toilettes. Le bonheur ou rien ne manque.L’espace extérieur très vaste est un havre de paix, idéal pour se reposer, se ressourcer.Les propriétaires Hervé et Béatrice sont des gens charmants, souriants, agréables et chaleureux. Ils vous mettent à l’aise tout de suite. Le contacte a était réciproque et immédiat. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und hatten eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit Béatrice und Herve. Das Ferienhaus mit seinem großen Garten war großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir konnten in der Küche bestens kochen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war perfekt, ruhig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und die Granitküste und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Belle maison de vacances

Superbe accueil d’Hervé notre hôte que nous remercions milles fois pour ce beau week end passé en famille dans sa très jolie maison .Le jardin est magnifique et reposant et la maison est idéalement située pour découvrir les beaux villages tel que Pontrieux , Treguier, Paimpol …..La maison est très bien équipée et je souligne vraiment la gentillesse de nos hôtes .

Riesiger Garten

Wir haben eine Woche in dem schönen, geräumigen Haus verbracht. Es ist nahezu neu und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten bietet viel Platz zum Spielen und Ausruhen. Unsere Jungs haben die vielfältigen Spielmöglichkeiten sehr genossen und wir die schönen Hortensien. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Très bien

Pour notre plaisir nous avons eu beau temps toute la semaine, mais le gite et son hôte sont eux des valeurs sûres. C'est une très bonne adresse.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Hervé, le propriétaire, dans cette maison rénovée et charmante, un peu en retrait de la côte, mais idéale comme lieu de départ pour les visites.

Très belles vacances en famille

Très belle location rénovée avec goût. Logement tout confort avec un bel extérieur pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants. Maison idéalement située proche des plages et des lieux touristiques. Belle rencontre avec les propriétaires très sympathiques

calme et espace pour passer des vacances reposantes

Un bel endroit au calme, à la campagne, proche de la côte de granit rose avec des superbes endroits à visiter. La location est très bien équipée pour passer de belles vacances en famille.
