Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 92 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, fireplace, lounge, TV, DVD, radio and CD. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and lounge. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Putbus, district Alt Güstelitz. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The manor garden with its old trees is adjacent. The house is suitable for families with children, holidays with friends, and those seeking peace and relaxation. The large garden with plenty of space for sunbathing and playing invites you to linger comfortably. With a wide view over the fields, you can observe deer and cranes from the property, among other things. The quiet location between forest, meadows, and fields, with the sea not far away, offers an excellent starting point for holidays on foot, on 2 or 4 wheels. The small quiet village is located near the residential town of Putbus in the middle of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. Hiking and cycling trails start directly at the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. Bicycle storage available. Access is via a country lane.
