The house is situated on a former seaside promenade plot. You will find relaxation in 2 rooms. Due to its central location, only 50 m to the beach, it is also ideal for families with children and guests with disabilities. Central and quiet at the end of a one-way street and directly opposite the pedestrian zone (art mile). Beach only 50 meters away. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking space (for 1 car) in the garage. A free parking space (1 car) in the underground garage is reserved.
