DISFRUTE DE LA GRAN PISCINA EXTERIOR Y ÁREA DE ENTRETENIMIENTO EN EL PATIO PRIVADO.

Nuestra piscina y spa han sido totalmente renovados con nuevos acabados de concreto y esperando que disfrute este verano. Nuestra piscina y spa tienen un sistema de limpieza POP UP, por lo que no hay manguera y aspiradora flotando alrededor para interferir con el disfrute de la piscina.
Hemos añadido recientemente una Palapa Bar de la piscina para el entretenimiento fuera y comodidad. Relájese junto a la piscina en una silla cómoda y una bebida fría a la sombra de una palapa.

Hermosa casa de no fumadores con habitaciones separadas para mayor privacidad, y grandes áreas abiertas para el uso múltiple.

El dormitorio principal se encuentra en un lado de la casa con un gran paseo en el armario y el acceso a la piscina y spa. Baño principal tiene una cabina de ducha y lavabo doble.

Dos dormitorios con baño compartido están fuera de la sala de estar con un televisor en cada habitación. Esto es perfecto para los niños. El baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha y un lavabo.

El cuarto dormitorio se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar con su propio baño y TV. Este baño tiene una ducha y un lavabo.

Hay un sofá cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar y uno más nuevo en el área común.

La gran cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para el entretenimiento y la preparación de comidas gourmet. El comedor está abierto a la cocina para los juegos, comer y visitar.

Hay TV en todas las 4 habitaciones y la sala de estar y se puede disfrutar de las películas en el DVD con sonido envolvente, escuchar su música favorita en el reproductor de CD o divertirse en la PS2.

El patio trasero tranquila, tan grande es muy privada y tiene una piscina con spa cascada, junto con un bar de la piscina Palapa con un precioso paisaje.

La casa está detrás de un gran espacio abierto con senderos y un parque cercano con el material de escalada, cancha de baloncesto, herraduras y aspersores para refrescarse en los días calurosos. También hay zonas de sombra que se sienta.

The pictures honestly didn't do this place justice! It was even better in person—very spacious, welcoming, and perfect for families. My family absolutely loved our stay. We had a great time at the Oasis home. It was nice inside and out. Loved the fact it was pet friendly, and had a nice backyard with pool and spa. Only thing I would recommend to upgrade are the beds. They were a bit squicky & outdated other than that a perfect place to take your family for a nice getaway. The host Perry was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would recommend this place for sure. Thank you!!

The house was not very clean. The floors were filthy and our feet were black from walking around. The sheets in 2 rooms smelled like mildew , were not cleaned and dried properly. There are no towels for the pool besides the bathroom towels. Additionally, the photos show a boat in the garage so we figured we could park our boat in the garage, unfortunately, there was a car parked in the garage. Several rooms were really hot despite having the ac on and low.

Thank you for your message Our cleaners and our caretaker were at the house after your visit and this is what they found The carpets are all cleaned three times a year and tile floors cleaned after every guest. The large rug coming off the pool / patio was a little dirty which is usually the case because it catches the dirt from the patio area but tiles only needed a mopping which is always done. Our cleaning lady is fantastic and has been with us over 5 years and is the best we have ever had. If your feet were dirty it will come from the garage mostly but also the patio. Towels for the pool area are kept in the shared bathroom closet. The small car is left in the garage as pictured on our website but is removed before the guest arrives if they request it. The air conditioning was working perfectly as it is also maintained twice a year and the filters were replaced right before your arrival. Some people like it cooler than others so they may have it set a little warmer and just use the fans that are in all the rooms in the house so everyone is comfortable. We recently got new sheets and I apologize if the bedding was not dried properly. As we mention in the welcome email we send out before each visit we encourage guests to reach out to us at any time 24 hours a day if we can do anything to make your visit more enjoyable. We rent vacation homes ourselves several times a year and are very proud with the cleanliness we provide our guests. We hope to see you again in the future

Great Family getaway

Close to food and river, Family friendly, great communication with the property owner and the Pool & Spa was nice. Property has some updated features but overall nice. We would stay again.

Beautiful home

We had an awesome time, the home is beautiful and very comfortable. The pool and spa were clean and refreshing. It is a great location, about a 8 minute drive from the lake. I look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Beautiful home with lots of room for everyone.

Great property and pool

Beautiful and comfortable home. Was perfect for my husband and me, our 3 adult daughters and granddaughter. 4 bedrooms -1 with king and 3 separate bedrooms each with a queen bed.We loved the hot tub and pool once we received the updated instructions.

My wife and I grew up in Alberta, Canada and we enjoyed all the summer and winter activities that a northern climate has to offer. The winter weekends were filled with snowmobiling and skiing in the rocky mountains, and in the summer you would find us camping at a lake enjoying boating, fishing and roasting marshmallows at an evening campfire. I had an opportunity to move to Phoenix Arizona in 1984 and since I had a sister that was nursing there at the time, I decided to make the move. I instantly fell in love with the warm climate and desert architecture, which is very different from where I was raised. Sherry came and visited a few times and she loved it as much as I did. We had some business opportunities back in Canada, so in 1988 I returned to Alberta where we were married later that year. Sherry and I along with our son Sean have traveled to Hawaii and Mexico as well as Phoenix to hopefully find a place that we would like to spend more leisure time. There are plenty of beautiful places but nothing that we felt was exactly what we were looking for. A friend told me about Lake Havasu and we started researching it on the internet. We came down for a few vacations and quickly discovered that Lake Havasu has all the features that we were looking for in a vacation spot and second home. We hope that you will come and enjoy our home as much as we do.

Sherry and I researched Lake Havasu City for a long time before we went there. Our biggest concern was that the pictures looked so beautiful that we may be dissapointed when we see it for ourselves. Much to our amazement, it was even nicer in person than it was on the internet. The Lake is fantastic and the beautiful red rock makes for great boating and fishing. With the intense heat of the summer months, we knew we would need to have a swimming pool at our house. There are many days we simply sit around the pool and spa and enjoy the great mountain views and water games that our home has to offer.

We are centrally located to whithin only a few minutes to the downtown shopping area and about 7 minutes to the London Bridge and beach area. Behind our home is a walking path and a new park nearby with horseshoes, basketball, slides, and a Grilling area with tables and washrooms. We take pride in the luscious landscaping and fantastic interior features of the home, along with the monthly pest control to have peacefull evening dinners.
