Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, TV and radio. Kitchen with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. Bedroom as intersecting room and with 1 double bed and radio. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Sehlen. The holiday apartment is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden property with a lawn, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved, length 300 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
