Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check for your items outside and clean grill if you used it.
Any furniture moved inside and outside should be moved back to its original location.
Start one load of laundry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must follow all of check out list, leave the home as you found it. The cleaning fee only covers sweeping, dusting, mopping and washing linens.
Immediately notify us via the app of anything broken or not working correctly. If you break something please let us know asap, not after you check out
Read the house manual before arrival! Absolutely NO FOOD allowed upstairs. NO pets without prior approval and pet deposit!
