Mercato and Waterside Shops fine dining & shopping as well as the beaches are just a short drive away from this quiet Estate neighborhood. Tennis enthusiasts will find challenging matches on nearby Pelican Bay Community Park’s well-kept lighted public clay courts. Golfer will find a vast choice of public courses nearby.

Palm River Estates/North Naples is one of the top places to live in Naples. The beach, the Ritz Carlton, the weekly farmers market, the Naples Philharmonic, Mercato, Waterside Shops and plentiful Golf Courses are all right around the corner of this stylish residence.

Sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to use the home's bicycles to stroll through the lush green neighborhood.

Great Experience

I love this area. Its so convenient to the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Yulia is a great host. I had a couple of questions and she promptly got back to me. All in all, it was quite an enjoyable stay, beautiful home well stocked with necessities , and of course the amazing pool and lanai! I have 2 little dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed walking in the friendly and quiet neighborhood. I plan on renting from Yulia again.

It feels like home!

We love staying here - so much so that we're looking forward to returning next year! Our favorite spot is hanging out on the lanai! We enjoyed reading or dining in the shade and then spending time in the sun, while in the beautiful pool! When we had questions, the owner took such good care of us, quickly responding to any of our needs. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Winter getaway

Property had everything we needed for a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, etc. Pool and outdoor area was nice and relaxing. We had a great time.

Once again, we loved our stay at this property! The outdoor space and beautiful pool will keep us coming back! We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the use of the bikes and, of course, the friendly communication we had with the owners. Highly recommend!

GREAT STAY

Yulia was awesome to work with, I rented this house for my parents they hadn't been to Florida in YEARS- and they just loved the area and the house, they enjoyed the pool! They said they will be back to stay here!

Amazing property

We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again. The house and host provided everything we could have possibly needed and then some. Yulia was so helpful and responded quickly to communications. The house and property were beautiful and truly allowed us time to relax.

Great spot in North Naples for a wonderful vacation

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this house for six weeks in the winter. The house is clean, well furnished, has a wonderful pool and fenced back yard and is private and lovely. The owners are very helpful if any issues come up but, generally, there is very little to fix or deal with. It is just a great place for friends and family of all ages...and our dog loved it too. Highly recommend. It's an easy drive to the beach too and also to shopping and restaurants.

Fantastic

We loved the house . Very clean and with everything we needed. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to Wiggens pass beach and Seed to table. Yulia is a wonderful host very easy to communicate with . Hopefully we will get another opportunity to stay here again soon.

Very nice, as usually

I believe this was our 3rd time vacationing at this property and the first under new ownership. I think they added a mattress topper and maybe even a new mattress in the master - very comfy. We enjoyed our stay, the house is very nice, with nice perks. We will definately look to stay again in the future.

Wonderful family home

We had a great week at Yulia's house in Naples and booked it again for the following year. Fully equipped and everything was clean and working. The house had a great layout, pool, and very much enjoyed the stay. Communication with the host was excellent, she answered all of our questions promptly and was very much reachable. Highly recommended.

Relaxing

We had such a wonderful time as always at this property. It is so relaxing to sit by the pool with the smell of gardenia in air. The house has everything we would possibly need and more. Got to utilize the bikes this trip and loved our morning rides. The host is very welcoming and responsive. It always feels like coming home when we stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Nice property

Overall , this property was as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Yulia was very responsive. The queen bed in the spare room was hard as a rock. We were there during a cold spell so the pool heater price per day and how long it took to heat the pool was a little frustrating. I’ve stayed at nicer places in Naples for the same price with better location and amenities.

only 2 regrets

We have only 2 regrets 1) that we didn't book this location for longer, 2) that we had to leave. This is an excellent house with pretty much you would ever need when you stay here. The house is wonderful. It has a great open floor plan with a lot of light, a great salt water pool in a convenient location. The owner is lightning fast responding to any questions even while out of the country. she responded to us within a short time. There is a nice fenced in yard for your pet too. You can't go wrong with this property.

Disappointing

On a fairly busy local street, made worse by a construction project. The homes interior did not live up to the pictures. Well equipped however with kayaks, bikes and pool toys. Neighborhood not conducive for much walking. House had an odor.

Terrific getaway for our family

This was a perfect house for our family to use while visiting Naples fo a combined spring break and work trip. The location is very private and close to any needs. We enjoyed the beach and local restaurants. To be honest the children most often just wanted to swim in the pool. It is the perfect size for school aged children, deep enough that they can jump in and explore underwater. Having it heated is a huge plus and highly recommended. The house was outfitted with everything we needed and there were many thoughtful touches. It is clear renovation was done recently and we liked the furnishings and decorations. The owner is quick to respond to requests. For example we asked for a garage door opener and she was by within a few hours. When we are down in Naples again we will certainly look at returning to this beautiful property.

Deservedly 5 Points!

Our second stay at this property in September/October, and again and it didn't disappoint. Great property in quiet, safe residential neighbourhood where we enjoyed daily walks to the canal on Piper Blvd and Palm River Park, and exercise at nearby North Collier Regional Park. Property is very, very well equipped and had pretty much everything that you might need to make the most of your vacation either in or around the pool and generous outdoor space, or at the beach. Really easy to get to and from the property to all local sights and Naples highlights. Our favourites included the (now open) beaches at Delnor-Wiggins Pass and Lovers Key State Parks, Naples Botanical Gardens, Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Collier County Museums (all of them, all free, and with fantastic first-class exhibits), and the previously overlooked Baker Museum. Nearby Seed to Table is also a must, for the experience alone! A big thank you to our hosts Yulia and Patrick for quickly and effectively resolving some unforeseen issues that arose on our arrival. Deservedly 5 stars! Looking forward to returning. David and Jacky (UK)

Delightful and well-located!

My sister and I loved our month-long stay at this beautiful home, well-located in a quiet neighborhood north of Naples, close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. (Sadly, nearby Delnor-Wiggins State Park was closed due to hurricane damage.) Communication with the host was excellent. Yulia responded quickly to our inquiries, answered our questions, and even dropped off more toilet paper when we asked! The spacious floor plan was perfect, allowing us to have our own quiet spaces. We enjoyed time together watching March Madness and movies on the large-screened TV in the living room. However, we spent most of our time in the inviting outdoor living space, eating our meals (when we weren't at the numerous near-by eateries!) reading, or swimming. We paid extra to have the pool heated ($25 per day) and were glad we did - the water was delightful! We also enjoyed riding the bikes and taking walks in the mornings, often being greeted by friendly neighbors. We were sad to leave but are already looking forward to a return visit next year!
