Beautiful home in Golubovo

This pretty vacation home is ideal for a relaxing and comfortable family vacation. The house has been stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. You can really enjoy yourself here, the house has a pool and an outdoor whirlpool for 6 people. On the first floor of the house is the comfortably furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen, the bathroom and a bedroom. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a terrace with a view of the pool. From the kitchen you can access the covered terrace, which is equipped with a wooden seating set. If you turn left from the terrace, you will reach the pool. Next to the pool is a wooden pavilion with a large bench.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit einer sehr netten, flexiblen und unkomplizierten Vermieterin.Das Haus ist in einem wirklich guten Zustand, sehr sauber und die Fotos entsprechen komplett der Realität.Das Haus liegt etwas abseits. Man braucht mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten zur Hauptstraße und weitere 7-8 Minuten um den nächsten Supermarkt zu erreichen.Einzig ein paar neue Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen und ein weiterer vernünftiger Sonnenschirm wären toll. Auch ein paar zusätzlich Wassergläser im Haus wären super (6 Wassergläser bei 6 Personen ist nicht ausreichend).Der Jacuzzi ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wurde aber aufgrund der hohen Außentemperaturen von uns sowieso nicht genutzt.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Wir haben dieses Objekt im August 2020 gebucht. Als wir ankamen wurden wir kurz durch das Haus geführt. Verschiedene Dinge wurden uns erklärt, wie z.B. der Innenwhirlpool funktioniert zur Zeit nicht und den Außenwhirlpool kann man nur über die Sicherung ausschalten. So weit so gut. Als die Dame dann ging haben wir uns genauer umgeschaut. Folgende Dinge führten zu einer Beschwerde. Auflagen der Liegen waren dreckig und verschimmelt, Schimmelflecken in der Dusche, im OG ein riesen Schimmelfleck oben hinter dem Schrank, Duschtür locker und fast herausgefallen, Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer dreckig, Poolfolie ausgeblichen, Sonnenschirm nur mit Panzertape am Ständer fixiert, überall noch Dreck in den Ecken und unter den Schränken. Insgesamt macht das Haus einen abgewohnten Eindruck und ist keine 5 Sterne Kategorie wie sie an der Säule am Eingang des Hauses angebracht ist. Wir sind dann nach zähen Verhandlungen mit Novasol (leider hat Novasol erst reagiert als unser Anwalt sich dort telefonisch gemeldet hat) am 3. Tag mit 20% Mietminderung ausgezogen. Unser Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert!

Erholung pur

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dem Super Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der aussenwhirlpool war ein Traum. In der Umgebung gibt es viele deutsche Supermärkte, so dass das Einkaufen kein Problem war. Wir können Haus, Vermieter Umgebung nur empfehlen.
