A perfectly located spot on the river by the nearby few shops and many bars! We had a girls night at this stay and it was so pretty and clean and truly felt like we went on vacation somewhere. Everything was secure and taken care of, and the communication was great.

Super cute/cozy Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay! It was in a perfect spot for us taking the kids skiing at Afton Alps, loved the convenience of restaurants, coffee shops right next door. The place was very clean & cozyfor a winter getaway. Would stay here again!!

Home away from home!

Megan the hostess was top notch! Check in was the easiest we’ve ever had and the room was spotless. We were welcomed with a little treat bag which had all the essentials for a nice evening stay at the Trimbelle suite. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about the property! The only suggestion is cotton bedding and softer pillows! I am a bedding snob so that is the first thing I check. The place is absolutely amazing and comfortable. Cute an quaint for sure.

This experience was amazing! The room was beautiful and blew us away! Communication with Megan was easy and accessible. There are several places to eat and cute boutiques within walking distance. We will definitely be staying again!

Charming Getaway

Thoughtful details are around every corner at The Port of Prescott. From the mermaid mural on the exterior with seashells, whimsical iridescent gems and fins, to the hospitality station with snacks, pebble ice machine and water, all the way to the guest pillow packet with snacks, earplugs and eye masks - this getaway is filled with the extra touch for guests’ entertainment and comfort. We stayed during a change in the season where it was both warm & cold within the days we were there, and the fireplace kept us warm with a beautiful ambiance and the air conditioning kept us cool when it got muggy/hot out. The bedding was both comfortable and spacious, and the room was appointed well with custom finishes that were designed to fit the space and use of the hotel. There was room service available with appealing options throughout the various meal services, though we didn’t dine in during our stay. The location was perfect for access to a variety of scratch-made food at local establishments, night time entertainment with live music, the river for boating, trails for hiking along the St. Croix bluffs, and golf in both WI and MN. Since Willow River State Park is near, we also hiked to the scenic waterfalls Megan, the manager went out of her way to ensure we had a memorable experience and even offered to book us tee times and made recommendations for dining and entertainment. Check in and checkout was so easy. Great location, great hospitality, great getaway.
