The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume. It has a surface area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and you can enjoy grounds of around 2,750 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The accommodation is equipped with a security system (one camera facing the entrance, a second on the terrace facing the bay windows). The system is turned off during guests' stays.
