Welcome to Shoreside at Lake Pepin! We hope you love this getaway home as much as we do.
Just blocks from vibrant downtown Lake City and the marina, with unobstructed views of Lake Pepin.
This charming and comfortable home is appointed with everything you need for your vacation. Enjoy evenings on the large deck, watching the sailboats go by.
Endless recreation nearby - 6 golf courses, several parks, wineries, sailing, boating, fishing, waterskiing, hiking and biking.
Upstairs includes the open and spacious living area, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms upstairs - one memory foam king bed and one queen bed, plus one full bath.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining.
Downstairs has a separate cozy living area, queen bed and 3/4 bath.
A large deck overlooks Lake Pepin and the walking path that takes you right to the marina.
Fast, reliable wi-fi and two smart TVs will keep you connected if you wish, but feel free to disconnect and just enjoy the view.
This property is a duplex, with a tenant on the other half. The space is well-insulated for noise.

Perfect spot, beautiful views
We loved our stay! Perfect for our annual girls trip (this time with two kiddos in tow). Excellent communication, clean. We walked to and from town along the lake, awesome location. Lake City had so much to offer and also lots close by. Would love to stay again!

Amazing lakefront house on lake pepin! Will be staying again!
Hands down the best rental we have ever been to! Amazing experience with great amenities and an unbelievable location. 10/10!

Adam is a Minnesota native, Holly is a transplant but quickly fell in love with the area.
