This unit is newly updated with granite countertops, fresh paint, and new tile and carpet. AND all furnishings and decor are new too. No outdated tile, tired old sofa, or sleeping on an old mattress here!

The location of this unit is perfect--you are CLOSE to a trolley stop, a convenience store, and one of Pensacola Beach's most-loved seafood restaurants--Peg Leg Pete's--is within a SHORT walk. This unit affords a view of the sound from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony, sound access, a small pier, and large grassy areas too. Take a 3 minute walk across the street, and you are on the Gulf of Mexico.

Amenities abound, and your access is included with your rental: Santa Rosa Dunes has free parking, an amazing Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and a shuffle board court.

You will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: One bedroom has a queen bed (the "Mermaid Room"). The second large bedroom has a full size bed and a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. This bunkbed is GOOD quality, too--no shaky ladder here, but nice steps that double as drawers (the "shark room"). And finally, the master bedroom has a nice big king size bed (the "coral room"). Each bedroom boasts its own smart TV. And the unit has FREE WIFI.

Our good-sized kitchen with white cabinets and good quality appliances is fully-stocked for preparing and enjoying your own meals--and yes, there's a Keurig. Eat at the bar or the table that has seating for 8-9.

The living room has a large T.V. and brand new coach, two ROOMY matching chairs and a sunny yellow swivel chair that I SPLURGED on because I wanted the colors of the beach brought inside.

We designed this unit for our personal enjoyment and are excited to share it with you. We are REAL OWNERS and not a company that lists multiple units. We have this one unit, and we love it.
