Luxurious home in Morlupo RM

Wonderful, comfortable holiday home 25 km from Rome and with panoramic views of the Roman countryside. Furnished and equipped with taste and elegance, this house is spread over several levels and has spacious and attractive interiors. There is a kitchen near the pool and guests can enjoy their meals al fresco in the spacious garden. There is also a barbecue, a beautiful private swimming pool and a table tennis table. There is also a beautiful chapel on the property. On request, a beautician, personal trainer and cooking service (in the accommodation) can be organised (on request and for a fee on site). The beautiful property is ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and at the same time offers its residents the opportunity to visit the art-historical sights of Rome and other famous cities in the immediate vicinity. Some distances: Terni 70 km, Viterbo 60 km and Lake Bracciano 40 km.



Please note: The villa has several levels with steps in the gardens and on the terraces and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The caretaker lives on the property and takes care of the daily maintenance of the garden and pool.

Family holiday

Three generation holiday. Villa is large and on two sites. We had a member of party with mobility issues and the villa is not really suitable for this. Lots of steps inside and out and outdoor surfaces in need of repair.. We managed and had a great holiday, views are amazing and so is pool area..Onsite caretaker is very helpful and his dogs are lovely.

Wonderful vacation at a magical place

We celebrated a big birthday and found the house, pool, property, terraces, everything so beautiful, clean and functional. The pool and pool house are both huge and there is a full kitchen with a massive terrace so we spent most of our time there. The main house is also beautiful with so many details. We will go back!
