acceil très sympatique du propriétaire qui avait à notre demande acheté et mis au frais des St Jacques excellentes, petites attentions pour Noêl (décoration), malgré le froid intense durant le séjour le lieu est douillet et très facile à chauffer. Birdy notre shi tzu a également passé un excellent séjour, ballade à la plage, au marché (excellents produits régionaux)...partie de golf malgré le froid. Bref ;) TOP

Le gîte est très joli, fonctionnel, et bien situé (supermarché à moins d'1 km, centre-ville et mer à quelques kilomètres). Le propriétaire a à cœur le confort et le bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Bretagne rayonnante

Très belle location avec un grand jardin sublime et bien clos (idéal quand on a un chien), située dans un petit hameau avec des sentiers de randonnées à moins de 100 mètres, le long de l'Islet, qui nous emmènent jusqu'au Sables d'Or les Pins. Si une voiture est indispensable pour visiter les environs, tout est à moins de 20 KMS. Toutes les informations données sur le site sont exactes. Le propriétaire et sa femme sont très discrets et serviables. La température est restée très agréable, pas de canicule sauf une journée !!! Peu de monde en cette fin de juin, ce qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer après toutes ces belles marches et visites autour d'Erquy.

emplacement idéal , lieu de résidence très calme, points négatifs relever pendant notre séjour , dans la salle de bains du rez de chaussée odeur désagréable au niveau de l évacuation de l eau , et au wc du rez de chaussée la base du wc est pas bien fixer au sol et donc l ensemble bougeait ce qui n est pas très agréable , et pour une location pour 6 personnes il n y a qu une petite poele ce qui me parait bien trop peu . 1 fois que c est trois points seront réglés cette location seras idéale . bonne continuation . pascal

Nécessité d'avoir une voiture pour la plage, les courses... Escalier raide pour acceder aux chambres de l'étage et surtout avec enfants en bas âge. Sinon maison avec tout le nécessaire.
