We offer this charming 25 m² apartment with wifi (fiber optics) for rent in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 2 people.
In the heart of downtown Rennes, in a small, fully renovated condominium close to Les Halles centrales, transport and all amenities, come and discover this charming, fully renovated T1bis furnished apartment.
Blending old-world charm and modernity, the apartment is divided into three cleverly delineated sections to optimize all the apartment's spaces.
The living area is on the ground floor. A few steps down lead to a modern, functional kitchen, then to a shower room with toilet. Finally, a staircase leads to the sleeping area, designed as a mezzanine and glazed to maximize light.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
- 11 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 sofa
- Bathroom with shower, WC
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in the République parking lot (paying parking lot).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- République station (bus / metro A) a 4-minute walk away.
- Colombier station (metro B) a 5-minute walk away.
- Nearest train station : 1.4 km
- Nearest airport : 7 km
