The flat is on the ground floor of a residence located 3 km from Combloux and close to the ski slopes.
It benefits from a South / East exposure with a view on the Mont-Blanc and has a balcony.
Composition of the flat :
- An entrance with cupboard.
- A living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), TV, dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher.
- A bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed 140cm and access to the balcony.
- A bedroom with a 140cm double bed.
- An adjoining bathroom with bath, washbasin, washing machine.
- Separate WC with hand basin.
