To welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our apart-hotels are meticulously cleaned and disinfected.



As soon as you enter the premises, you will be charmed by this typically Parisian Haussmannian building with its moldings and magnificent porch that once welcomed horse-drawn carriages.



Despite the historically rich building, our apartment is decidedly modern and will be ideal to accommodate up to 15 people for a comfortable stay in Paris. It is equipped with WiFi, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, television.



In its American kitchen, you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. That is to say, everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack, or an aperitif with friends or family, particularly welcome after a hectic day in the capital.



Our apartment is located on the right bank of the Seine, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, in the historic Marais district, a neighborhood renowned for its shops, art galleries, restaurants, and cafes.



You will be just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Place des Vosges and can also walk to the Ile Saint Louis from where you will admire the famous Cathedral Notre Dame, still valiant despite the terrible fire that struck it.

Great Location & Safe

Unit was in a great area close enough to where we needed to be. Safety is a concern in some neighborhoods but not here. Nice large courtyard and quiet area after dark.

Spacious Apartment

Communication with the management was great, easy and clear instructions for checking in and quick to respond.The apartment was spacious with plenty of rooms so our adult kids each had their own room. The lighting in the apartment was not great and it looks like it’s undergone renovations done without care. Very hot, air conditioning didn’t seem to work at all and one of the controls in the bathroom was hanging off the wall and made clicking sounds all the time.There are no outlets in any bathrooms but we managed to share a mirror in the kitchen to blow dry our hair etc. I was a little surprised when we arrived that one of the shower floors was very dirty, hair and other random debris that I had to clean before using it.Overall I would say this is great if it’s important to have a large common area and separate sleeping areas. A few quirks but we made it work!

Good location

My family and I stayed for 5 nights. Our party included 2 adults and 3 teenagers. This flat slept 15, fortunately. I searched for a flat that would accommodate all 3 teens having their own bed. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a heated mirror that was malfunctioning and would not turn off. It was extremely hot in this room, making it unusable. Maintenance came by twice to turn it off, but it never stopped heating. After that, the team stopped responding to my request about this mirror. It was hot enough to consider it a fire hazard because if anything was left touching it, I have no doubt it would have burned. Other than that and a slow drain in one shower and a lightbulb that was not working, the flat served it's purpose. The door lock was a bit different than we are used to. You had to lock the door using the key on the inside to make it close. So if everyone didn't leave, someone must be awake to unlock the door so you can get back in. Otherwise, you lock it from the outside leaving the others locked. Management was great when we checked in and very helpful. But, as already stated, they stopped responding by day 4. Overall nice enough flat, but the mirror would prevent me from staying again.

Close to Two Metros.

This location allowed for a large group to be together. The neighborhood is not very touristy but it is still Paris. It is in between Temple and République metro stops. In fact , it is very close to both. There is a grocery store about 1 block away and an excellent bread shop a few doors down. We had 10 people and were given one kitchen towel, one hand towel and 1 bath towel per person. We asked about additional towels and were told it would be an additional 30 euro. Cheaper to just buy a hand towel. Over half the light bulbs were not working and we submitted a request and they were replaced 1-2 days later. The unit is listed as having AC but it is either broken or very ineffective. We asked many times to have it fixed and nothing was done. The unit has 3 bedrooms on the main floor. There are 2 couch beds in the basement. The basement gets very hot and humid with a shower . There are 3 showers and two toilets. One toilet is in a room with no sink. There is a dishwasher but we never used it. Early check in or late check out comes at an extra cost. To drop off your bags at the management company (while waiting for the flat to be available or for your flight) there is a cost. The management office is about 15 minute walk and staffed by friendly and helpful staff. If you take the metro, you will need to carry luggage up and down stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because it is Paris but will look for a different place next time.
