Large private terrace overlooking the pool and garden with BBQ. Terrace with fairy lights for cosy evenings in spring and summer.

Accommodation for two people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed (mattress) for a child.

Free and private access to the swimming pool in the summer season. When guests are present, we do not use the swimming pool, it is reserved for them. Please inquire at the time of booking for the opening period of the swimming pool (usually from June to mid-September).
If you come with a child, rest assured, the pool has a perimeter protection and a door that meets current safety standards.

Studio labeled by the official state mark Tourism and Disability for the 4 disabilities.

Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, hob with extractor host, microwave oven, dishwasher, tea kettle, coffee machine, cutlery/plates/glasses/pots and pans.

The studio is attached to our villa, with independent access from the garden.
Planters with planting separate the terrace from the studio and our own terrace to avoid being overlooked.

A private and free parking space in front of the house will allow you to park your car in peace, then move around Marseille by public transportation if you wish.

Electric car welcome! Presence at our home of a 7 KW type 2 charging station. Inquire when booking for the charging package.

Special option for couples with children who wish to spend a romantic evening in the restaurant: possibility to arrange a babysitter directly in the Cigales and the City studio.

Motorcyclists welcome! Your motorbike will be parked safely inside our villa.

Welcome to all nationalities, we speak English and German and will be happy to advise you on how to discover Marseille and its region.

In summer, on request free loan of diving mask / snorkel, glacier with ice pack for your picnics, petanque balls.

Access to the terrace and pool is strictly reserved for people renting the studio. This is not a place to hold parties, we care about your peace and quiet and that of our neighbours.
Non-smoking studio, pets not allowed.

Minimum reservation 2 nights on weekends (night from Friday to Saturday, and night from Saturday to Sunday).
Arrival possible on Friday from 17:00 / departure on Sunday before 13:00.

Quick accessibility to the accommodation by public transportation or car. The location of our house allows you to access the Old Port in 25 minutes by public transportation, and is located less than 5 minutes from a motorway junction allowing you to easily radiate throughout the region (Aix-en-Provence, Cassis, La Ciotat, Toulon...).

For couples with children under 12 years old, who wish to spend a romantic evening at the restaurant in Marseille, it is possible to arrange a babysitter directly in the Cigales and the City studio.
The Babysitter holds the Bafa, with a great experience of animation in summer centers, holiday camps and school outings.

The Cigales and the City accommodations are therefore fully accessible for the 4 handicapped.
For PRMs using a wheelchair, in the presence of a companion, do not hesitate to ask us questions before booking.
