Sunny Isles is an amazing community with wonderful people! You will find there is as much or as little to do as you'd like. Plenty of exploring yet plenty of relaxing. When you want to feel like you are at a 5* Resort. Marenas is just that..a First Class Property...all the way!
What makes this property unique
This Unit has both Bay views as well as Ocean views. They offer, valet parking, a restaurant and bar, room service, beach chair and towel service. Exercise facilities. There really would be no reason to leave. However, if you feel the desire to, there are numerous restaurants and a Publix market that are within walking distance. Marenas is a relaxing escape.
