Just as advertised, very convenient to Oberlin College campus, perfect for 1 person or a couple who plan on eating in town or warming food in a microwave.
Third time staying here. Great location with off street parking. Walkable to everywhere in town and campus. Just big enough for 2 of us, and we appreciate having a coffee pot and kettle. Also, easy access with coded door lock.
I really enjoyed the fun and cozy place! It had all the amenities needed and was a very easy half block to Oberlin campus and Tappan Square. Jake and Kaelia were kind and responsive hosts.
This is reasonably priced place to stay overnight in Oberlin for at most two people. The lack of a kitchen and television options would keep me from staying here for an extended period, but it is a good place to sleep while in town for business.
Clean, comfortable, easy and great location. Everything worked while enough. Not fancy, but good. Highly recommend and at least $100 a night less than the hotel.
I believe this is our 4th stay at this property. It is just big enough for 2, and the location can’t be beat. Easy in and out with a code lock. Off street parking. Coffee maker, kettle, and mini fridge are nice to have available.
Great location for me. Nothing fancy but had all of the necessities and was comfortable for a home base while picking up my college student for the summer. Easy check in and parking. Thanks so much. Just what I needed for couple of nights.
I needed a place to stay overnight when I came to Oberlin to help my student move. This place was absolutely perfect. It's right off the main square, so the location couldn't be any better. I loved the "vibe" of the place. The bed was very comfortable, and the decor was lovely--very cozy and welcoming. It was also very clean, and it had everything I needed. (No kitchen, but I didn't need that anyway.) Overall, a really terrific place to stay in Oberlin!
Stayed 2 nights in this property. Overall clean and stocked. Great location for visiting the college. Took property manager 12 hours to respond to an issue (messaged via app and text). Worked out OK as issue was small but disappointed that communication wasnt monitored knowing there were guests in the unit. Overall would stay again.
We stayed in Oberlin as a quick get away for my husbands birthday. I booked this suite to be close to downtown and for something different rather than being in an impersonal hotel. It did not disappoint! The place was clean and cozy! It was nice having a separate room from the bedroom - for those of us that are early risers and don’t want to disturb anyone!
The weather was cold and snowy so we were not able to enjoy the closeness that this place was to the downtown area but we do plan on coming back in the summer. Highly recommended!!
Enjoyed being close to the College. All necessities met. The air conditioning was difficult to work with closing vents helped, but was a bit stuffy. The other problem was noise from the highway in front. Big, noisy semis were common, making it necessary to “hang out” inside. Not your fault, of course, but totally unexpected. Thanks for your clean house.
