Lovely House in Gated Family Resort with Heated Mineral Pools and Spas

La Casita is a lovely Vacation Rental with Central Heat and Air. It is located between Morongo Spa and Casino and beautiful Palm Springs, both are aproximately 30 min away. Most Guests stay at the Resort that has 13 Healing Mineral Pools and Spas that are naturally heated, each to a different temperature. There are 2 Clubhouses. La Casita is across the street from the East Clubhouse that has a Family Pool and Spas and an Adult Pool and Spa. There are separate Male and Female locker room areas with dry saunas and showers. There are courts for Shuffleboard, Pickleball and Tennis as well as a Fitness Center, Laundry Rooms, Library and Game Rooms. If you leave the Resort there are great locations nearby including the Living Desert Zoo, Spas, Casinos, Restaurants and more.

La Casita is located at beautiful Sky Valley Resort that is a gated community surrounded by Lakes with Black Swans, Palm Trees and Mountains. You will see amazing sunrises, sunsets and stars in the Desert Sky.

The Vacation Rental is a Fully Furnished Tiny House that can host up to 6 Guests. The ideal number of Guests is 3-4 but we have hosted up to 6 comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms. The Master has a queen bed with a TV with Samsung Plus. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds with a TV with Samsung Plus, a desk and chair and an electric fireplace. There is also a 4 moms playpen in the closet. There is a full bathroom and a half bathroom in the Master bedroom. There is a Living room with a TV and a dining area with a table and two chairs and there is a table with four chairs in the front deck, with beautiful Mountain views.

You Vacation Rental, La Casita, has High Speed Internet, Cable and Central Heat and Air.

The Vacation Rental is a perfect Desert Get Away. The nearest mini market and restaurant is 7 min away and grocery stores are more restaurants are 15 min away. It a get away from it all experience. In the Resort there is a Cafe that serves coffee, bakery items and sandwiches, and there are dinners, pizza and snacks that can be delivered to your door.

Please note that the minimum age to book at this Resort is 25 and a photo ID is required with 24 hours of booking to verify. Please also note that this is a serene community of vacationers and permanent residents. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this spot may not be for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet at all times and in all locations. By booking you agree to the contract that is attached.

The house worked out great for our son and family of 5. The host was very quick to reply to any questions I had. Great location near the east side clubhouse and a nice supply of swimming towels.

Very pleasant stay

The process was super easy. Ended up needing to stay another night and it was no issue to extend. Everything was home-like and available to us. We loved the multiple pool areas. Only downside was the distance from everything if we did forget something. Overall was a great stay.

Pleasant stay

We had a great stay. Size was perfect for my family of 4. No issues, easy check-in, clean, and owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the resort amenities, especially the pools. The home had a great location within the resort.

Great place to relax and thaw out from the cold winter weather in the North. Beds are comfy. Would be nice to have wash cloths though. We had to buy some.

A lovely Casita

We had a wonderful time at La Casita in Desert Hot Springs. The Casita was very spacious for the two of us. It is walking distance to the hot springs' pools and spas. Also, walking distance to the fitness center and laundry mat. If you are a golfer, you are only 20 to 30 minutes to several nice courses. The hosts are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend it.

The Casita was perfect for us. For a tiny house there was plenty of room. Love the front porch and how close it is to the mineral pools. Would definitely rent it again

We enjoyed our 5-day stay in March. It's a clean and cozy - just as advertised. Note: Coffee maker is a K-Cup machine, not a regular brewing unit.

Very cute! Perfectly comfortable for two people

We had a great time in Sky Valley resort and the park model we stayed in was very clean and just perfect for our week stay. It pretty much had everything we needed. The mineral pools were amazing. Thank you Martha for making our stay very enjoyable

Clean, cozy and nice property

Clean and great location. Lots of things to do. Hot spas/pools, pickleball courts, tennis courts. Resort grounds were very clean. There were 5 of us very comfortable in the property. During our stay, we had a few questions for our host which were all answered. Also, we accidentally left a bag of food at the property and the host, Martha, was kind enough to hold it for us until we can return to get it.

Had a fantastic stay!

We had an amazing 10 day stay in this house at Sky Valley Resort! This was the cleanest rental we have every stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot of places over the years.The kids loved being a 2 minute walk to the pools! All the items in the kitchen seemed brand new and it was well stocked. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly to the couple of questions we had. We would happily stay here again!

Nice house is a great location

The location was about 20 minutes from Palm Springs and palm desert. Perfect for our stay. Kids loved the pools and hot tub. Lots to do around the area. House fit our big family comfortably. Well stocked with supplies. Hosts were responsive to communications.

Central location

Enjoyed our stay at the property. The positives - It was clean, comfortable beds, close to mineral pools, had great wifi and was central for going to Joshua Tree, Palm Springs and Indian Wells. There are small things that the host could do to improve the guest experience. We made some suggestions to the host re these and she appears receptive to try and change.

We purchased La Casita because we fell in love with the beautiful Mineral Spring Pools and Spas. They are naturally heated each to different temperatures. We love swimming in the Pools and Relaxing in the Spas, perfect for sore muscles. We are happy to welcome you as our guests.

The location of La Casita makes it a perfect vacation getaway. As our guest you have access to all of the amenities. It is also great to explore different attractions that are close by such as Casinos, Outlet Shopping, the Living Desert and Zoo and beautiful Palm Springs and Joshua Tree.
