La Centrale of the island of Ré offers you this spacious and warm villa with a swimming pool equipped with a mobile bottom, located in a quiet area of Bois-Plage, near Saint-Martin de Ré.
The villa is ideally located to cycle into the centre of Bois-Plage and its market, as well as directly to the popular Gros-Jonc beach, accessible via the cycle path right near the house.
The house is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.
Several car parks are near the house, the closest is 2 minutes on foot.
Secure bicycle parking on the property is possible.
