Located on the ground floor, the accommodation includes:

## Emplacement
Bordering Paris, the commune of Gentilly is located in the Île-de-France region, in the Val-de-Marne département. Close to Montrouge and Kremlin-Bicêtre, it benefits from excellent public transport links to the rest of the region. What was once known as Gentiliacum took on its current name at the very end of the 13th century. Divided between various abbeys and a seigniory in the Middle Ages, the territory developed over the centuries, notably with the creation of the Médicis aqueduct in the 17th century. From the 19th century onwards, the town became a major industrial center, particularly in the laundry and tannery industries on the banks of the Bièvre. Today, Gentilly is a service-sector town, renowned for its involvement in the audiovisual industry.
An ancient commune, Gentilly still boasts a number of monuments and tourist sites that bear witness to its past and its importance in history.
