Visita Parigi con la famiglia o gli amici e soggiorna in un appartamento di charme. molto tranquillo, molto chiaro, completamente attrezzato per 5 persone, molto vicino a Parigi, idealmente situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla RER A, diretto CENTRO DI PARIGI a 15 minuti, vicino al Bois e all'ippodromo di Vincennes, a 30 minuti da Eurodisney. Taxi e stazione degli autobus a 2 minuti. Tutti i negozi nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio privato gratuito Internet ad altissima velocità tramite fibra ottica 100 mesi, televisione. Cucina cambiata a novembre 2021.
Al vostro arrivo sarà richiesto un deposito di 400 €. Sarà rimborsato alla vostra partenza se tutto è rimasto in buone condizioni o entro una settimana nel caso in cui non avremmo potuto incontrarci alla vostra partenza. I costi per la pulizia a fine soggiorno sono di 60 €.

Toller Paris-Aufenthalt in schöner Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Paris. Frau Speisser hat uns sehr nett empfangen, die Ferienwohnung gezeigt und uns anschließend in der Umgebung herumgeführt. Also wussten wir sofort, wo alles ist: Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bäcker, Bahnhof RER, usw. Der Kontakt mit Frau Speisser war auch im Vorfeld der Reise sehr gut und wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Mit der RER ist man schnell im Zentrum und auch der im Innenhof liegende Parkplatz war sehr gut. Insgesamt also eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Paris!

Optimale Lage und schöne Umgebung
Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre tolle Lage und Ausstattung. Die Zugverbindung ist super, Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Frau Speisser hat uns nett empfangen und uns gleich noch die Umgebung gezeigt. Vielen Dank hierfür; wir kommen gerne wieder.

Olympics Home Base
We booked this property as early as we could once we found out we'd be attending Olympics events. Danielle was great at communication while we booked - and I was relieved to find something in a quiet area away from the Olympics craziness, but still close enough to take the RER A to all of our venues easily. My kids (7, 10, 12) were thrilled to each have their own place to sleep (2 twins and a pull out couch). My oldest, especially, was happy that there was a door to the room with the pullout couch so at night, it became a separate bedroom. During the day, we used the room for dining/TV. The kids also loved the courtyard, neighborhood cats, and hearing a neighbor play the piano. My husband and I appreciated the location of the property most of all. He walked to the main town of Nogent sur Marne several times to pick up food (Thai food, burgers), and we developed a (bad) habit of visiting the bakery every day (at least once) because their morning choquettes were just too good to pass up. The staff got to know the kids and would sometimes slip in an extra :) The proximity to Picard, Carrefour, and Franprix is excellent, as well as the Geek Store for board games (you can pay to play there as well). Walk to market, playground, giant park... so easy! All in all, Danielle's house is the coziest home base for travels in and around Paris. She is a great communicator, showed us around the neighborhood when we checked in, and let us be to enjoy our vacation! Book it!

Comfortable home base for Paris visit
We stayed for the month of May. The apartment is quite a lot larger than it looks in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, long-term stay. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. It was a great experience to live like locals on the days we weren’t sightseeing. The local shops (boulangeries, florist) had wonderful products and helpful staff (with limited English). Huge fresh market three days a week. Some wonderful restaurants too. The property owner scheduled a time to clean the unit half-way through our visit, which was great! If I were to do this again I’d probably stay in Vincennes because the town is a little nicer and more active, but it’s probably more expensive too.

Family trip
Our family of five from Australia (which included three siblings aged 20,18 and 16) enjoyed a wonderful stay in Danielle’s apartment. Danielle is a wonderful host who is so accommodating. I got my dates mixed up which meant we had to change our original time to meet and Danielle was so kind and was able to meet us at a new time. The apartment was meticulously clean and had everything you could ever need to look after a family for meals if you want to cook at home. There are shops within walking distance to grab all your necessary supplies and the train station is also just a few minutes walk. There are lovely restaurants and bakeries as well as a pharmacy all within close proximity. The gated complex makes for a very safe stay. The RER train line gets you straight into the city and is very easy to use. We purchased the Navigo pass which starts each Monday and runs through to Sunday for $30 euro which is the most cost effective way to purchase train passes especially if you arrive in Paris at the beginning of the week. We absolutely loved our stay in Danielle’s apartment and I would highly recommend to stay here. Thank you Danielle for being a wonderful host.

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Paris
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit guter Anbindung an die Pariser Innenstadt. Die RER A verkehrt alle 10 Minuten Richtung Paris und man ist in ca 20 Minuten am Louvre und den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zur RER Station ist es ein Fußweg von ca 8 Minuten. Es liegen einige Geschäfte in Laufweite, darunter 2 Bäcker, 2 Supermärkte und diverse Restaurants. Kleine Markthalle, welche 3x wöchentlich Vormittags geöffnet hat, liegt um die Ecke sowie eine Apotheke. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, in der Küche waren Kaffee, Tee, Zucker und Gewürze, Essig, Öl bereits vorhanden. Der Parkplatz im eingezäunten Grundstück war perfekt. Einzige Anmerkung: da das Bad sehr winzig ist und das WC extra ohne Waschbecken würde ich persönlich nur mit der Familie buchen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber mit Freunden stelle ich es mir nicht so komfortabel vor. Die Wohnungstüren sind bereits älter, relativ laut und lassen sich zum Teil schwer schließen. Fanden wir ebenfalls nicht schlimm, wollte es aber erwähnen. Danielle ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen, in der Wohnung alles genau erklärt und einen kleinen Rundgang im Stadtteil gemacht. Allein dafür 5 Sterne und herzlichen Dank! Wir würden die Wohnung auch ein zweites Mal buchen.

Schöne und ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Schnell im Zentrum.
Die Wohnung liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Paris, allerdings ist man innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten mit der RER (4min Fußweg) im Zentrum. Die Wohnanlage ist sauber und gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte und Bäcker findet man in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Wohnung ist angenehm hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Vorallem die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Über Geschirrtücher bis hin zu Gewürzen ist alles vorhanden. Sehr nette und deutsch sprechende Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Paris-Besuch
Wir haben die Wohnung gebucht, weil wir mit unseren Kindern (5+11) Paris etwas erkunden wollten. Und dafür war diese Wohnung dann tatsächlich sehr gut geeignet - direkt am öffentlichen Nahverkehr und zügig in Paris (oder auch Euro-Disney, etc.) und gleichzeitig nicht die ganze Zeit mit Kindern in der Hektik einer Großstadt - sondern ruhiger Innen-Hof mit Tor, genug Abstand zu lauten Straßen, Spielplatz um die Ecke, Lebensmittel und Restaurants fußläufig (+ein Vermieter-Ehepaar, das uns vor Ort empfangen und nicht nur die Wohnung, sondern auch gleich die Umgebung gezeigt hat). Und die Wohnung selbst ist zwar nicht besonders groß in Quadratmetern, aber hat alles, was wir gebraucht haben, vom privatem Parkplatz fürs Auto bis zur volleingerichteten Küche. Wir wüssten, von wo aus wir unseren nächsten Paris-Besuch starten wollen.

ruhige und zentrale Lage
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der sehr sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Wir wurden persönlich vom Ehepaar Speisser empfangen und es wurde alles erklärt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und enthält alles, was wir benötigt haben. Sie liegt sehr dicht an der RER-Station, die einen schnell in die Pariser Innenstadt bringt. In der Nähe ist auch ein schöner Park, in dem man spazieren, joggen und Boot fahren kann. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

Familienurlaub in Paris
Genau das Richtige für eine Woche (oder länger), um mit der Familie Paris zu entdecken. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Man gelangt mit dem Auto schnell von der Autobahn zur Wohnung. Von dort aus sind es wenige Gehminuten zum RER, der in nur 15 Minuten ins Zentrum braucht. Genauso befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar Restaurants. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist ein bisschen hellhörig, woran man sich aber schnell gewöhnt. Das Auto kann im abgeschlossenen Areal geparkt werden. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.

A very nice,comfortable property with plenty of space for four of us. The apartment was a short walk to a train station for trips to central Paris and there were plenty of local shops and restaurants too. Our hosts were excellent and helpful. The car park and apartment are very secure

Perfekt für Familienaufenthalt in Paris
Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern (11 & 4) waren super zufrieden mit unsere Ferienwohnungsauswahl. Die Vermieterin Danielle ist Französin, spricht aber u.a. fließend Deutsch. Sie war immer freundlich und die Kommunikation hat super geklappt, vorher und während unseres Aufenthalts (5 Nächte über Ostern im April). Die Lage in Nogent-Sur-Mer war für uns sehr schön. Etwas ruhiger als in der City und für eine Familie auch einfach kostengünstiger. Wir sind täglich mit der RER A ins Zentrum gefahren. Bis z.B Les Halles sind es 14 Min Fahrt. Zum Arc de Triomph ging es ohne Umsteigen in 26 Min. Wir hatten uns für ein Mobile Visitè Ticket 1-3 Zonen für 5 Tage entschieden, da der Ort in der 3. Zone vom Bahnnetz liegt. Kostet 43 EUR pro Erw. und war gut angelegtes Geld, da man damit unbegrenzt Bahn, Metro und Bus in den 3 Zonen fahren kann (gibt es auch für 1,2 oder 3 Tage). Die Ferienwohnung selbst war bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, ganz im Gegenteil! Die zur Verfügung gestellten Dinge waren weit über dem Standard eines Mietappartments (Regenschirme, Küchenausstattung, Kinderzimmer etc), die Betten bequem und alles sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants war sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können das Appartment also uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden auch jederzeit wiederkommen. Lieben Dank an Danielle.

Top Unterkunft
Die Vermieterin gibt sich viel Mühe, sie erklärt alles wichtige und man kann sich jederzeitbei fragen an sie wenden. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und ein wenig abgelegen von dem ganzem Trubel. Alles in allem waren es eine zolle Zeit für die komplette Familie.

Super appartment
Super appartment, very well equipped, plenty of room for the three of us. Excellent location in a really nice area near the river and bois de vincennes, so great local walks and an easy journey into central Paris . Great market down the road and some lovely restaurants round the corner. Everything so convenient. Would certainly come back.

An excellent base for a trip to Paris
Our first time using VRBO but a very positive one! Danielle's apartment is super clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. It's in a great location very close to the RER station, which makes it very convenient for trips into the centre of Paris. Nogent-sur-Marne is also a very nice neighbourhood - Danielle and her husband were kind enough to take us for a short walk around the immediate vicinity of the apartment, pointing out the bakery, supermarket and other local amenities all within a short distance. Thank you Danielle for a lovely stay in your apartment, we hope to come back one day!
