Our time was wonderful as we found this apartment to be in the perfect location to explore Nice and to take the train to the surrounding areas. We were very comfortable and felt fortunate to have found such a nice place to stay. I highly recommend this rental.

Great location. Room very hot and the Suite needs the AC fixed, the exhaust hose was broken, new hose and clamps 1 hr fix. The fans in the bedrooms old and weak.We had problems opening the door, finally figured it out that you had to wiggle the door and push very hard to open. That was my mistake as I should have called Neator & Jeeves as they referenced in our instructions to call if we had problems. The location was great, many resturaunts, shopping and transit. 5 minute Uber to the beaches or 2 E on tram.Overall rated the place a 7.5

Great location and service

Location was great for shops, trains and tram. We had a couple of small issues but Nestor and Jeeves sorted them out immediately. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We also arranged transport back to the airport through the Nestor and Jeeves app and that worked out perfectly. The apartment could have been a bit cleaner (some stains on the chairs and dust in the bedroom for example). Also I think that for longer stays (we were there 12 days) they should provide extra towels instead of charging us for them.

Great location, clean

We loved the location and the apartment was super clean! Coming from US we usually imagine there will be a few more things stocked such as salt and pepper, toilet paper etc. Was a bit of a challenge having to get the keys and drop them in salotime

I was told there’d be two portable A/C units; one for each bedroom. However, when we arrived, there was only one unit, and the ductwork was in such bad shape that It was hard to vent it, so the hot air kept blowing out the back. I immediately, on the day we arrived, submitted a service request through the management company’s app, and I got a response back that a service technician would come out. No one ever did. I emailed Claude two days later to tell him that we only had one AC and he said he’d look into it. He never got back to me. Given that temperatures in in July are in the high 80s. It was brutally hot in the unit. In addition, I also mentioned in my service request, and my email to Claude, that both showers drained very slowly, but nothing was ever done about that either. Finally, the whole check in and check out process is a disaster. You actually have to go to the management company and pick up the keys, then go to the unit. Our place was right near the train station so when we checked out, I had to go all the way over to the management company to drop off the keys and then come all the way back, instead of just leaving the keys in the unit and going straight to the train station.

Perfect apartment with everything you need, good location

The apartment was great. Had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, beautiful views. The primary downside is that Nestor & Jeeves key pickup/drop off was in a separate location from the apartment - about a mile or so away - and was inconvenient. Had that Nestor & Jeeves location not been the issue, I would have given the experience 5 stars bc the apartment was absolutely perfect.

A Fabulous Stay at the Dolce Vita Master Apartment!

This was one of those cases where we had high expectations ... and Nestor & Jeeves absolutely delivered! Our Dolce Vita Master apartment was exactly as advertised - spacious, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and equipped with absolutely everything you'd need for your stay. The storage space was incredible and the location was ideal - less than five minutes from the train station, lots of retail and restaurants right outside our door, and an easy walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Lisa was wonderful - she responded quickly to my questions, and arranged a taxi for our departure, which made leaving so much less stressful. Our apartment was literally our home away from home, and we loved opening up the windows and watching the world go by, eating meals on our big table, and relaxing on the couch with Netflix after a busy day of sightseeing. We'd absolutely stay here again!!!!
