The three 12m² bedrooms each have a 140cm bed, and one of them also has a 90cm bed.
The large, bright bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, double sink, and washing machine.
In addition, there is a separate toilet.

Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided for stays of more than 4 nights.

Travel cot, Wi-Fi (fiberglass), and air conditioning are included in the rental.

Pets are welcome if they are respectful of the property.

The house is located 400m from shops.
Caunes Minervois has several shops, a children's playground, a 13th-century Benedictine abbey, and shaded café terraces.
