Newly renovated home features spacious 3BR/2BT. Amazing master suite with luxurious shower + soaking tub. A designer kitchen w/an oversized island. Free WiFi + Roku TV. Just bring your passwords for Netflix and Amazon, etc. Large backyard for relaxing under the gazebo, fire pit or enjoy a few drinks on the private deck. Parking for 1-2 cars in backyard or plenty of free parking on side of house. Popular location for those who need corporate housing if working at Tyler Perry studios or any of the local production facilities.

Why they chose this property
This property provides real ATL living. Located in the thriving Southwest area right next to West End. Very close to the West End belt line, and many local breweries (i.e. Monday Night Garage, Wild Heaven West End Brewery & Gardens, Best End Brewing Company). Close to i20, 85 and 75
