Apartment in a restored 18th century house in the small medieval hamlet of Pedona, on the hills of Lucca. On the 1st floor: spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom; Open gallery with two beds (low ceiling height) and bathroom. In the same building, on the lower floor, is ITV381 with common entrance. For common use; equipped outdoor area, pool. Beautiful view of the hilly landscape. The popular beaches of Lido di Camaiore (approx. 12 km), Viareggio (13 km) and the fashionable seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi (27 km) are within easy reach. 49 km Carrara with its rich marble deposits, 14 km Pietrasanta with its marble sculptures - the so-called "little Athens". For nature lovers: the deep caves and great gorges of Antro del Corchia (32 km) in the Regional Park of the Apuan Alps, the largest karst system in Italy with over 70 km of underground tunnels and lakes. Nearby a 20 km bike path that connects the villages of Versilia. For art lovers: 32 km of Lucca with its medieval walls, 34 km of Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower, 104 km of Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. For children: 50 km the park of Pinocchio in Collodi. In summer ferries leave from Viareggio to the famous Cinque Terre area, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The house is located in a pedestrian area. Parking about 100 meters from the house. Guests of 5 apartments have access to the pool, including ITV380, ITV381, ITV774 and ITV775.

Ein Traum

Die Wohnung ist supersauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Es kann jedoch ziemlich heiß werden, durch die Klimaanlage aber kein Problem. Die Lage ist ein Traum! Dinge des täglichen Bedarf lassen sich problemlos in der Nachbarschaft besorgen. Ebenso zu empfehlen ist das Lokal vor Ort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Calme et réposant

La maison se situe dans une rue piétonne d'un village typiquement italien : petite rue, fraîcheur de "l'altitude" et calme de la campagne montagnarde. L'appartement dans une bâtisse italienne de 4 logements a beaucoup de charme. il est très bien organisé : les chambres sont climatisées et disposent d'une bonne literie, la cuisine est vraiment très bien équipée. La piscine est agréable et ombragée. Petit plus : le restaurant du village est juste exceptionnel. Il est aussi possible d'y acheter fromage et saucisson de qualité.
