Rovinj. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The neighbouring property is left natural with goats, chickens, cats, and horses that call it home. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 100 m). Parking on the property.
