The house is located in a quiet location near the forest, 200 meters from the beach on fenced & ingrown 800sqm garden plot, which offers plenty of space for children to play and relax especially families.
It is comfortably furnished, the living area with fireplace and comfortable sofa invites you to relax, the satellite TV with German and Programmes of stereo keeps you entertained on long evenings.
The well equipped kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and a small dining area.
Here it is just as casual dining as on the sunny terrace.
The cottage has 2 separate bedrooms
Bedroom 1: double bed (1,60 x 2 m)
Bedroom 2: twin beds (0.90 x 2 m)
Bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet getränte.
A large sunny terrace with fireplace, garden furniture and barbecue available for our guests disposal.
Represents the child available a cot and high chair and a sandpit in the garden.
Children can have fun safely in the large garden.
There is a garage and car parking spaces from the house for guests disposal.

Wir reisten mit unserem Hund an, der sich gleich sehr wohl in dem großen Garten fühlte. Ferienhaus war sehr sauber.Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut. Es ist fußläufig alles gut erreichbar, egal ob Restaurant oder Einkaufen. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr herzlich

Sehr tolles Haus für Urlaub mit den Hunden

Sehr sehr schöner Garten, Haus und Garten schön gepflegt. Haus extrem sauber!! und Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist vielleicht etwas klein, aber mit 2 Personen und 2 Hunden absolut ausreichend. Die Lage ist toll und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Es war sehr schön da. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses und trotzdem ist man in 5min mitten im Zentrum zu Fuss. Sehr schöner Strand und nicht überfüllt.

Ruhiges zentrales Anwesen

Ewas Haus ist gemütlich, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der wunderschöne private und eingezäunte Garten sowie die vorhandenen Utensilien und Gerätschaften - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig und idyllisch!

Eine sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft in Nähe des Strandes und der Promenade, zentral und zugleich ruhig gelegen. Das Vermieter- Ehepaar Krafczyk ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Haus ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Der Garten umfriedet und gepflegt. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Sehr nette Vermieter und eine tolles, gemütliches Feriendomizil

Wir waren alles in Allem sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus und der Lage. Wir hatten uns vor der Anreise kurz verständigt, wann wir evtl. ankommen würden und verblieben dabei, dass wir uns ca. 1 Stunde vor Ankunft bei Frau Krafczyk melden. Als wir ankamen suchten wir nach der Hausnummer, die verkehrt in der Buchung stand. War aber nur um ein Grundstück verschoben. Herr Krafczyk begrüßte uns sehr freundlich und zeigte uns das Haus und Grundstück und wies uns danach in alles ein. Vor allem die Stromabsicherung ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, da das ganze Haus mit 3 Schraubsicherungen abgesichert ist. So was kennt man in Deutschland gar nicht mehr, aber Herr Krafczyk erklärte uns auch, worauf wir achten mussten, damit wir nicht die Sicherungen raushauen. Und als uns das am zweiten Tag doch passierte, kam Herr Krafczyk unverzüglich und beseitigte das Problem, da wir anfangs das Ganze nicht wieer zum Laufen bekamen. VIELEN DANK NOCHMAL FÜR DEN SCHNELLEN EINSATZ! ;-) Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Die Ausstattung teilweise zwar etwas älter, aber alles in Ordnung. Wir haben komplett mit Kamin geheizt, der im kleinen Wohnzimmer war. Reichte vollkommen. Kleiner Tip: Holt das Holz in Rewal im Baumarkt, kostet wesentlich weniger als an der Tanke. Einkaufen: zu Fuß ein paar Minuten (Biedronka, ähnlich Aldi, Netto oder Edeka). Noch ein wichtiger Hinweis: Geht vorher Geld wechseln. Euro ist nicht überall Zahlungsmittel. Der Wechselkurs in den Läden ist im Vergleich zur Wechselstube teilweise mies (1 € = 3 bis 4 Zloty, Kurs 1€ = 4,3 Zloty) Trennung von Bad und WC fanden wir gut. Das Auto konnten wir mit unseren 2 Fahrrädern in die Garage stellen. Unseren kleinen Enkel haben wir gleich in den Garten geschickt, damit er sich dort austoben kann. Das ganze Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so konnten wir Ihn beruhigt zwischendurch alleine lassen und er konnte nicht flitzen gehen. Die Gegend ist eine stark touristisch frequentiert, aber als wir im September da waren, war nicht mehr viel los. Die Saison endete früher aufgrund des nicht so guten Wetters. Man merkte das auch an den Geschäften. Einige waren schon winterfest gemacht und machten einen etwas verwaisten Eindruck. Aber es gab genug offene Lokalitäten in Pobierowo und Umgebung. Wir können nur empfehlen Fahrräder mitzunehmen, denn die Umgebung kann man perfekt damit erkunden. Für uns war der Urlaub klasse!

Lovely holiday cottage

The welcome we received from the owners was great and we felt at home straight away. They explained every to us including the location of the beaches and dog beaches. The cottage has everything that you would need. The outside covered patio was perfect and we spent most of our time out there. The garden is great for dogs as it is completely enclosed with a high fence. Thank you
