Pet Friendly, Fully Fenced Cozy Cottage by the Beach

This home is in a great location and 1.1-2 miles ooaway from beach (depending on the entrance you choose) and the best dining and shopping Naples has to offer! Home features two bedrooms and one joining bathroom. Kitchen has been fully updated with tasteful accents . Large fully fenced backyard (5,000 sq ft) with plenty of room for entertaining and for the puppies to run around.
Washer & dryer are available for use
The tree damaged & pavers damaged by hurricane ian have been removed and replaced.
Naples Park is 2 miles away from Vanderbilt beach and 1.1 miles away from entrance of Wiggins Pass State Park

$75 pet fee including ESA. Please provide papers for service animals. Must be flea free. Host has the right to charge additional fees if property is infested during or after the guest stays. Kindly disclose if you have a pet during booking. Dogs 50 lbs and below only. Cleaning fee is separate from pet fee.

I do my best to provide a clean space for you. I expect you to please leave the place clean as well. Cleaning fee does not equal to my cleaner putting mess away. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if you leave the rental messy (dirty dishes, unacceptable dirty sheets, sand everywhere on the floor or couch etc) Fee will be dependent upon additional fee charged by the cleaner.

No parties allowed. ZERO TOLERANCE for parties, and drugs. No over consumption of alcohol in the property.

Rent responsibly and at your own risk. Host will not be responsible for any incidents.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property.
Not suitable for those taller than 6’3” because of the cieling fans. This is a true beach cottage :)

As the renter, you agree to be an occupant of the property for the entire duration of the rental and the property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Note that this is a 1958 home, it’s updated, its cozy but it’s not perfect. :)

Vanessa was very quick to respond and provided crystal clear communication. Never any problems. She had an electric blanket delivered for us because it was getting to be a bit colder outside - it was used in excess and we were grateful for it. The air conditioners were spectacular, AC or heat, every room had a fan. Very cozy. Really pleased with this rental.

Wonderful stay in Naples

Absolutely great time in a beautiful cottage in the middle of all of our favorite things to do in southwest Florida. The home was perfect for the needs of the two of us and we lacked nothing. Everything was lovely, clean and welcoming. First rate!

Naples GetAway

Vanessa's home was a great escape from our own. My family came with our dog across the state to enjoy some time away from our normal life and found Vanessa's home to be comfortable, clean, reasonably priced and just what we were looking for. Vanessa checked in with us during our stay to make sure our needs were met and in my opinion is an excellent host. Our dog also thoroughly enjoyed being able to run freely in her large, fenced in back yard. Her place is also clean with no bugs! Thanks Vanessa!

Splendid neighborhood!

I was surprised the AC wasn't on when I got there, but after running the unit after a few hours, the entire house cooled. It was very easy to get in touch with the owner and she shared several great places to go while I was in town. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet and well manicured. The shower head is shorter; if you are over 5'8" you are going to have to bend over lol.

We were duped. The pictures are not what is there. I have sent a letter and pictures to show Vrbo the inside of property. It is falsely advertised.

4 years hosting on 2 of the most popular vacation rental sites, Mr Festa was one of the worse tenants I have encountered. I am super host on both of the most popular vacation rental sites and most likely losing status on this site for this but thats ok. Truth and karma will always prevail Mr Festa of Festa foundation was confused about opening the door after he has already entered the property so I had to leave work to let him in. All he had to do was to twist the key to the left. He got mad the next day telling me the hot water Took too long. No one has ever complained about that. Btw he also had hard time opening the door the next day and was upset the ac people came to Do maintenance accusing them of spraying ac with chemicals when it was water so he says “i cant live like this” and shows me while boasting his million dollar property and thats how he lives. I told him he can leave i’ll refund the days he doesnt stay but he wanted to stay for FREE and said he wont leave a bad review! Because I am a compassionate & empathetic at first i said ok then i realized why am i letting myself get blackmailed and bullied by this person. VRBO stood by me and said i am not obliged to give him any refund. I still gave him refund for the days he didnt stay. And for Someone who despised my Little humble Property, he didnt want to leave at 8 nor 10 but 12 nn. By the way, i had 2 witnesses to this, my ac people heard the whole conversation. I am so sorry for Mrs Festa and that there is a person WHO LIVES LIKE THIS. What a shame at that age too!

Quiet and Peaceful

The inside of the house is nice, Pictures posted represent the inside of the house accurately. I would caution elderly and people with children who plan to use the back yard or washer and dryer. You have to enter the back yard from the side door of the house and then through an outside gate, not pictured. That part is okay, but the patio blocks on the side of the house are in poor condition causing a trip and fall hazard. Additionally the back yard has some problems also. Loose patio blocks just laying unorganized, a real hazard. Old structure cinder blocks an old bicycle. The yard games spoken about are stored in a box outside, Mostly missing, it looks like it hasn't been opened in years. I would stay there again it worked well for my wife and 2 dogs, the fenced in backyard worked well for the two pups!

Thank you for the review, Donald. There are 2 gates to The back, one is where the tree is with the uneven pavement that was mostly caused by ian trying to take Out the tree but it held on and the other gate entrance is grass. It may be a few footsteps longer but youre walking on grass. I wouldve used that area if you were very concerned anout the uneven pavement. Ive also mentioned to you before you guys rented that you dont have direct access to the backyard, that you would have to walk around. There are some extra bricks there from the back patio but theyre not just scattered around, unless someone else found entertainment in throwing them around. if so i asked multiple times via text or app if you guys needed anything but i didnt hear anything back so i was thinking your stay is going really well. I cant improve your experience while staying if you dont respond. I asked for feedback, you didnt also answer but thank you for the review. I will make some improvements based on your feedback.

Best vacay in Naples Park

This place had everything! Super close to shopping, food and best of all THE BEACH!!!! We loved everything about this place the host made sure we had everything we could need. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house itself was super cute and comfy and felt like home. We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to the Naples area.
