A 5,500 sqft renovated 1908 estate designed for discerning groups. Spanning two residences with 12-foot ceilings, original architectural details, and contemporary finishes throughout.

Set on a quiet, tree-lined street in Five Points, the property offers both scale and privacy—five minutes from Downtown, surrounded by some of the city`s best dining.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Nashville! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for our group. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool area was a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was great — close to restaurants and bars but still quiet at night. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

We rented Villa Music Row for a big family trip and wow, this place delivered. The house is MASSIVE (over 6,000 sq ft) so our group of 12 never felt on top of each other. Multiple living rooms meant the kids could do their thing while the adults actually relaxed for once.The location is perfect. Walked to local spots down the street like Barcelona Wine Bar and Jack Brown's. We were close enough to walk to Broadway another night, and the Gulch neighborhood is super close too. You're close to everything but the neighborhood itself is surprisingly quiet and private.We lucked out with amazing weather and basically lived at the heated pool and hot tub. The outdoor space is huge, great for the kids to run around, and we had our dog with us who loved it. Grilled out a couple nights with the fireplace going and it was exactly the vibe we wanted.Bonus: the gym is legit. Not some sad treadmill in a closet. Actually got real workouts in.Honestly can't say enough good things. Already planning our next trip back.

Great views and plenty of beds!

The rooftop deck was great with gorgeous views of the skyline. Clean unit with huge TV in the living room along with plenty of space/beds to accommodate everyone.

Great Stay!

The place looks just like the post— it’s gorgeous! Fun rooftop area too. Only negative was it’s a little far from Broadway (wouldn’t walk it with highways, etc.); but Ubers we’re always nearby and cheap. Overall a great VRBO!!

Awesome place for large groups!

Joe's place was amazing. Tons of space with super comfortable beds/furniture. Easy to get ubers and a quick ride to downtown. The rooftop was amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked. Really impressed by the decor and overall comfort of the place. I'd stay here or at another one of Joe's places again anytime!

Perfect Stay!

The house was perfect for our bachelorette party of 15 girls. Everything we could have needed was there & the host was great. He was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. I would definitely recommend this house & if I am ever back in Nashville with a similar group size, we'd totally book again!

Perfect accommodation in Nashville!

I booked this place for my sisters 40th Birthday trip and it did not disappoint! There was 11 of us and it was the perfect size. Each room has its own bathroom and shower, the rooftop was absolutely gorgeous and Joe was always quick to reply if we had questions. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Nashville!

Cute home close to downtown

This home was gorgeous! It was spotless and we loved the decor. Our favorite spot was the roof top deck and it's beautiful views! It was very convenient to Broadway...a very easy and inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride. Joe answered all questions we had promptly. Great house!

21st Birthday Nashville Extravaganza!

This house was perfect for multiple couples! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! We also liked the open concept of the kitchen… living room… and dining room. It was big enough for everyone to hang out in! The rooftop was pretty awesome as well! You definitely have to Uber to Broadway, but there are some fun restaurants and breweries around the house! I would highly recommend this place!!!

Amazing property!

Joe was so communicative and answered all my questions and offered such great suggestions for our trip, I was so impressed! Also the house is gorgeous and so well maintained, such attention to detail, one of the best rentals I’ve ever been in! There was plenty of room for our 13 person group and so many amenities, we really didn’t have to bring anything in besides food and drinks. I would recommend 100% and would stay here again no questions asked!

Plenty of space!

This house was amazing. We had a comfortable stay and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooftop terrace was a lot of fun. We looked forward to hanging out there every evening of our stay. It would have been nice to know there was construction going on in the nearby neighborhood for parking our cars but we felt safe, nonetheless. Joe was accommodating and very responsive which made our stay incredible.

Exactly what we hoped for!

An amazing place to stay in Nashville for large group. Our girl's weekend was a huge success with many memorable pictures taken in this beautifully decorated Townhouse. Beautiful view from rooftop with plenty of places inside for group of 14 to sleep and gather. Our host, Joe, provided us information on things to do in advance which helped our planning and continued communications leading up to our weekend made our stay stress free.

Perfect location for trip to Nashville!

This rental was the most perfect spot for our group of 16. It had plenty of space and a short drive to downtown. It was clean, cozy and had all the necessities. Joe was super responsive and accommodating. He made our trip that much more relaxing. The roof deck was a hit with a beautiful view of the city. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville. Simply the best!

A great getaway

Nice property. Perfectly laid out for a large group of people. Nice to have an ensuite in each bedroom. Have to take an Uber to get to Broadway, thought it would be a little closer. Once we were out we stayed out for the day though so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Joe was a fantastic host. Brought our groceries in for us, responded to texts quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Brand new everything in this house, perfect location next to Liquor store, Kroger supermarket and tremendous rooftop setting with enough room to comfortably fit my party of 14. Joe, our host was punctual with his response times and extremely accommodating. Notable mention: the bed linens, towels and toiletries were of the highest quality. Thanks Joe!
