LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION....Cozy, renovated year-round, riverfront house located in the heart of downtown Caseville.
Just a short walk to the County Beach, Park, Party Store, Dairy Queen, and bars & restaurants in town. Grab your blanket/chairs & cooler and enjoy the festivals held at the County Park.

Located in a quiet subdivision on the Pigeon River, leading to the marinas & the break wall. Close to everything, yet plenty of privacy in the yard.

Our Renovated year-round home has an open concept floor plan with a unique, coastal / country theme. Why stay at a generic blue/grey stripped down place ? Stay at a home with character & charm. This home has central air & heating, as well as, ceiling fans if you prefer fresh air.

The large master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining enclosed screened porch leading to the waterfront deck. The Enclosed Porch is great for enjoying meals, playing cards at night, or enjoying morning coffee. There’s a cooler for your beverages & seating for six.

2nd large bedroom located in lower level of the house - 6 steps down from side entrance has bright, natural, light from the egress window. This new bedroom has two queen size beds with new mattresses.

There is also a new Queen Sleeper sofa for 2 more guests in the living room for added flexibility.

SIX guests maximum, please.

For indoor entertainment: Rec room, located in the lower level, has a foosball table for the kids & a flat screen TV. We also have a small collection of DVD's, books, games & puzzles in addition to HD streaming TV & Wi-Fi. We have the standard Xfinity channels, but you will need your own sign-in for premium channels like Netflix, etc.

We have city water - no well water taste, or smell!

Enjoy the view of the river from either the deck, screened-in porch, or the back lawn. Drop your fishing pole out the door on our new dock. You may dock your boat (depending on size & water level) here, too.

The Backyard boasts a fire pit & chairs, propane gas BBQ grill, patio furniture on the deck facing the river, a great cornhole set & more.

We can provide a pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, & baby gate, at no extra charge. Let us know in advance what is needed.

We will consider your house-broken family pet, depending on breed. No pit-bulls. Please send an INQUIRY PRIOR to booking stating breed & age. Although the yard is not fenced, the deck is fully enclosed. We also have a pet lead. Pet fee of $100/stay applies.

We are hands-on proprietors. We don’t manage our business with a property manager, nor manage from afar, & it shows. We take pride in providing you the best vacation venue possible for making memories.
