The property was perfect for our multigenerational family! Clean, excellent location, well stocked, and cozy. BBB our host was very responsive and courteous.
Everything about this cabin was wonderful! We had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean and accommodated our family perfectly. Would definitely book this cabin again in the future.
Everything about this stay was awesome and we will look to book again in the future. Owner was super responsive. The place was beautiful and well appointed with everything needed for meal prep and serving.
The cabin was even better than we had expected. Very short drive to Sunrise ski. Plenty of great places to eat in Greer. Overall great weekend and we will be back!

Melinda communicated everything we needed to know. The cabin was so clean and equipped with everything we needed, plus some! We will definitely be back up stay again.
My family enjoyed a long weekend in Greer. The cabin was just what we needed. Clean, well stocked and cozy. We enjoyed fishing and hiking all within a short drive or stroll. Such a nice escape from the summer heat in Tucson. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed hosting your family! Thank you for treating our home as your own- nothing makes us happier than seeing our guests make amazing memories in Greer! Hope to see you again soon!
This was a great family vacation to celebrate the New Year.
The home was awesome you walk in and it feels like home , super clean, with plenty of space for my large family it’s also in a great location we took morning walks . Greer has been the best location and we are definitely comeing back . The house manager is great in answering any question you may have just a phone call away
The cabin has a rustic look but is very modern with comfortable rooms. Our family of nine (3 generations) enjoyed cooking together, hanging out in the living room, and drinking coffee on the porch in the morning. The location of the cabin is great - in the forest, near the creek but also close to the center of Greer. The master bedroom is spacious, and the attached apartment was great for my son's family of four. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. We will be return to Greer and definitely look to rent this property again.
We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful cabin! Our family has been coming to Greer for 60 years and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Melinda has stocked the cabin with amazing amenities including, coffee, a foosball table, games, comfortable furnishings, a gift basket, every appliance and kitchen utensil you could need, and great WiFi. It was very clean and felt new. The porch had plenty of space and chairs for us to hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. Overall great vacation!
Cozy cabin by a river. Brought the family up for a ski weekend and fell in love with Greer! This cabin was clean, comfortable with thoughtful extra amenities that gave it a nice homey feel. We would love to come back over the summer and stay here again. Our host Melinda went out of her way to warn us of weather and road closures. So thoughtful! We will cherish our memories of this weekend.

Little surprise
The surprise is when you get there and find out that they have no trash service. You have to take it back home or go to the local store and pay them $2.00 a bag. I would have stayed there anyway. Just would like to know that ahead of time.
We had a couple of issues during our stay from what we think was a roof leak from melting snow to one with the oven in the main cabin. Neither one of these issues was catastrophic and was over come by some communication with the host and their cleaning crew for the most part. The cabin was clean, warm and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable weekend. We hope to be back soon to enjoy it again. I can't give a five star rating for our stay but it was close to it.

Hi Rudy, Thank you for taking the time to post your review - we are so glad that your family had a wonderful time at the cabin/cottage and that you would love to come back!
Yes unfortunately a roof leak is not something we can't control and were not aware of until your check in. Our roofer is out this week checking things out and addressing it. We hoped to make up for it and did our best to accommodate by getting someone there within the hour and crediting back that bedroom's rate for several days. We strive to give everyone an amazing stay and to quickly address things that may arise that are out of our control.
I'm sorry you had an issue with the oven in the cabin, we were not made aware of that until after checkout or we could have directed you to the manual next to the coffee pot and walked you through getting it going as it new-only a year old and works great though sometimes the technology on different appliances has a learning curve. We will be sure to have that in a more prominent location for future guests!
Thank you for the feedback and thank you for staying with us!
