The charming craftsman-style Verna J. Smith home is perfectly located in a shaded historic neighborhood nestled between the OSU campus and downtown Corvallis. This 1175-s.f. craftsman-style cottage was built in 1918 and has been lovingly cared for and maintained over the years. It boasts three bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer, and cozy living room with a television and gas fireplace. The large outside deck is perfect for lounging and visiting with friends. Verna will charm you with her timeless beauty and will give you a captivating look into days long past.

This home does feature a ring doorbell and a second camera monitoring the back yard for added security.

Verna is such a gem and so conveniently located. From the property we were only about a 10 minute walk to Goss Stadium for baseball and downtown for restaurants, shopping and the farmers' market. The house is cozy and full of charm. And sitting on the front porch of the quiet, tree lined street was heavenly.

Perfect spot

My family of 5 had a great stay at this historic house! It was in the perfect location to walk and explore downtown Corvallis and as a central hub to go out to the beach or hiking spots. The house feels larger than the pics suggest too. I really loved the architecture/style. All in all, a great option and somewhere I would return to without hesitation.
