Schlampige Betreuung und Verdacht auf Betrug!

Umgebung zu laut. In direkter Nähe zu einem Restaurant Che Diegito. Die Gerüche, vor allem Holzkohle drang derart intensiv herüber, dass der Aufenthalt am und im Pool unangenehm wurde. Toilette im Obergeschoss musste saniert werden da undicht. Handwerker beeinträchtigten unseren Aufenthalt für zwei Tage. Arbeiten wurden schlampig verrichtet.Dreck wurde nicht entsorgt. Ein Tag vor der Abfahrt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die entstandenen Stromkosten noch zusätzlich zu entrichten hätten. Da dies nicht vertragsgemäß ist, haben wir uns geweigert diese zu bezahlen. Achtung!!! Betreuung ist hinterlistig. Finger weg! Sehr hinderlich sind die beiden Kameras im Poolbereich. Wir fühlten uns permanent beobachtet. Nie wieder.
