This renovated apartment, located on the first floor (no elevator) of the Les Hauts de St Cast residence, is ideal for a quiet vacation. It is only 1200 meters from the main beach and the city center.
The entrance has a cupboard, and the open kitchen opens onto the living room and lounge. This bright room opens onto a South-East facing balcony offering a pleasant view of the residence.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a closet. The second also has a closet, a double bed (140x190 cm) and a mezzanine bed (90x190 cm). The two bedrooms share a connecting balcony. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet.
A private parking space is available for added comfort.

• The rooms offer a view of the St Cast cemetery.
• Animals are not allowed.
• Water and electricity charges are calculated on a statement between October 1st and April 1st.
