L'arrivée ne fut pas chose aisée, car l'agence de location est située dans une rue très commerçante, et où il est difficile de se garer. Et le GPS ne parvenait pas à nous amener jusqu'au parking de la résidence. Les explications de l'agence nous ont été utiles, mais ce parking est très difficile d'accès, surtout avec une remorque à vélo. Mais une fois sur place, le logement était conforme à l'annonce. La vue est très agréable, manger sur le balcon est un luxe, la décoration est très sympa, le canapé de grande qualité (pas fréquent), les lits également.Le coin cuisine est petit, mais suffisant pour des vacances, et les équipements (micro-onde, table de cuisson, lave-vaisselle) sont de qualité. Il manquait peut-être quelques couverts et ustensiles de cuisine, obligeant à utiliser le lave-vaisselle quotidiennement (alors que nous n'étions que 3).La résidence a fait le choix de ne pas disposer de collecteur de déchets, et il faut donc partir en chasse dans le village, ce qui n'est pas impossible mais fastidieux.Nous avons tout de même passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Cast, avec cette plage quasiment aux pieds de la résidence (ça grimpe quand même fortement le soir !), un quartier avec des maisons magnifiques, la plage de Mar à 10 mn à pied à peine, et ces lieux à visiter tout autour (Le chateau du Guildo, celui de Fort Lalatte, St Jacut de la mer, St Malo...).
