The property is divided into two buildings with a lounge / relaxation area and outdoor kitchen connecting the two elements.
Each villa has 4 bedrooms. The dormitory is independent.
One of the villas has a fully equipped kitchen and the other a lounge / office area.
The property is composed of 8 rooms and a dormitory that can accommodate 8 children.

OUTSIDE
The property has a unique location. Each terrace of the villa faces the sea with no vis-à-vis.
The main terrace connecting the two villas is equipped with a large lounge / relaxation area, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen equipped with barbecue, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker. A canvas is put in place to protect you from the sun.
For the dining area, umbrellas are available.
Below, is the infinity pool with several sunbathing areas and access to the petanque court and the pontoon. The pool is bean-shaped and measures about 10*5. It is heated and secured with an alarm.
Access to the pontoon is secured by a small gate. On the other hand, caution with children remains mandatory.
Three dead bodies are available in front of the villa.
The property has a parking space that can accommodate 4/5 cars.
