This charming 25 m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Studio Or The place was really clean and organized. Very comfortable bed. The location is also great. It is near a tram station, near the market, Notre Dame and shops. The only problem I had during my stay is the smell from the sink. Even if you closed the drainage area, the smell is still there. Overall, the place is wonderful. Will definitely recommend it.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The door lock malfunctioned, and despite repeated attempts, we couldn’t access the apartment for hours. There were visible issues with the lock, and even the next day it only worked using a non-standard technique. What was most frustrating is that there was no 24-hour emergency help available, and the agency ultimately refused to take responsibility for what happened. Overall, it was stressful and not what I expected from a professional rental.

Studio Or Excelente ubicación 6 minutos a la catedral, 10 minutos a la estación de buses y 20 minutos de la estación de tren (caminando), un barrio muy tranquilo y con muchas cosas que hacer, el problema que tiene fue que una lámina de la ventana no bajaba por lo que en las mañanas entraba demaciado luz, el resto todo impecable, muy limpio ordenado y te dejan un manual con recomendaciones en la zona

Il s’est déplacé personnellement pour m’expliquer comment proceder et est venu m’aider. C’était très gentil et serviable de sa part. Le logement était très propre et fidèle au photo. D’ailleurs sa localisation est à 7 minutes des endroits d’intérêt à Strasbourg. Vous retrouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin lors de votre visite. Je vous recommande grandement ce logement si vous passez par Strasbourg."

Studio Or Modern eingerichtet, gemütliches Bett und top Lage! Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt und das Stadtzentrum mit seinen schönsten Vierteln erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Auch der Self-Check-in bzw. Check-Out lief problemlos. Die kleine, kuschelige Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt (Bettwäsche, vollausgestattete Küche mit zwei verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen, große Kleiderschränke, Waschmaschine im Badezimmer und Co). Insgesamt kann ich diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen :)

Studio Or "Die Wohnung von Agence COCOONR / BOOK&PAY liegt sehr zentral zu dem Stadtteil Petite France, sowie der Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg und ist somit ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. In der Wohnung war alles wie auf Airbnb angegeben und der Check-In und -Out lief reibungslos. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt, jedoch roch es in der Wohnung beim erstmaligen Betreten sehr unangenehm. Langes Lüften schien erst geholfen zu haben, jedoch nicht auf Dauer. Beim genaueren Hinsehen fiel uns auf, dass es nirgends in der Wohnung einen Geruchsverschluss (Siphon) gab, die verhindern, dass Kanalgase aus der Abwasserleitung in die Wohnung strömen. Wenn dies beseitigt wird, kann ich diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen! :)"

Studio Or Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le logement était propre et conforme à la description. La localisation est pratique et une station de tram pour aller à la gare centrale se trouve au pied de l’appartement. Tout le centre ville est accessible à pied en 5 minutes.
