Escape to Villa Pashko, your ultimate modern retreat in beautiful Kaštel Novi. Dive into the sparkling private pool, dine under the stars on the BBQ terrace, and wake up to a stunning mountain view. Perfectly situated near both Trogir and Split, this is your peaceful Croatian oasis
The pool is not heated, and it is available from late May till late September ( seasonal)
The app is located on groundfloor.
The SPU airport 4 km
Split 13 km , Trogir 5 km, Šibenik 50 km, Zadar 100 km away.
Welcome!The house has very peaceful surroundings with your own place in the sun,SEASONAL pool(3m*6m),NOT HEATED.
Pool is available from late May till late September.The house is for sole use from late May till late September, from October till middle May owner is staying on the upper floor and we have a dog in the yard.
Barbeque, and large sitting area to make your perfect holiday memories. 72 m2 ground-floor apartment. 2 bedrooms aprox. 14 m2 each, hanging bed in front of the pool ( max weight 220 kg), hanging chairs on the outside patio ( max weight 90 kg). Private free parking& fenced 400m2 property yard. It's perfect for smaller families who want to enjoy our great Mediterranean climate.
Cultural summer events along the coast will keep you interested throughout your stay. We are 2,5km away from the coastline, smaller grocery stores are within 1 km, and the bigger ones ( Lidl,Kaufland,Interspar)are around 5 km away from the house. The restaurants and pizzeria are along the coast line, which is 2,5 km away.
The airport is 4 km away.
The town of Kaštela is located on the coast of the Bay of Kaštela and it is 5 km from the city of Trogir and 15 km from the city of Split.
No smoking inside the house

Very nice house

House with everything you need, host very kind and at disposal for every necessity. We spent a week with my family, enjoying the house and the close beaches of the area. I recommend it.

We had a great holiday! The house was super clean and at a great location. The garden was amazing, our dog also loved all the space to play. But still a lot of good places for him to lay down in the shade if needed. The hosts came by to clean the pool when there has been some rain which was very nice. The overall communication was very pleasant. We want to thank you for a lovely stay!

Très bon séjour, proche de la mer au calme. Petit bémol piscine non chauffée, pas mal de moustiques et de guêpes mais des moustiquaires sur toutes les fenêtres. Maison très propre et Hôte adorable

Wir waren 13 Tagr dort uns es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Haben die meiste Zeit draußen am und im Pool verbracht. Der Pool ist von außen nicht einsehbar, sodass man wirklich Privatsphäre hat. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Traumhafter Urlaub.

Ines und Ihr Mann haben uns einen tollen Urlaub beschert. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Wir waren jetzt das erste Mal in Kroatien und total begeistert. Natürlich war die Villa das I Tüpfelchen zur Perfektion. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Traumhafter Pool und eine Küche die mit allem ausgestattet ist. Und W-LAN um auch mal im Büro nach dem Rechten zu sehen und zu arbeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder... Vielen Dank noch einmal für Alles

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Ruhige Lage, aber alles (Einkauf, Split, Torgir, Flughafen) schnell zu erreichen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alles war wie beschrieben.
