Double view of the sea, north side on the Mediterranean islands, east side to see the sunrise, moonrise. Truly exceptional.
On a flat plot of 5,000 m2, you will enjoy a house of 450 m2 and a pool house of 200 m2. Completely equipped. With 2 private underground parking spaces at Sa Tuna beach.
Large sports field, automobile area for 10 cars. pétanque court, ping pong table, gardens, rest area.
House big enough not to feel tight. Allows everyone to have their own space of freedom.
