Hale Kai 115: Oceanfront Paradise with Stunning Views and Poolside Access!

Hale Kai 115 offers magnificent ocean views and just steps to the pool! This ground floor 1 bedroom/1 bath is a perfect getaway for couples or a small family!

As you enter, you are immediately drawn to views of Molokai, Lanai', and the beautiful Maui waters. Catch a breathtaking sunset right from your private lanai while enjoying your favorite beverage or dining al fresco.

The open and inviting living area welcomes you after a busy day on Maui. Wind down with your favorite movie, with a flat screen TV. There are two twin Murphy beds to allow for additional sleeping. The perfect setup for families.

With views from the kitchen, no one will mind cooking in this condo! Fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. There is a quaint dining table with seating for four.

The primary bedroom is complete with a King bed and a ceiling fan for the perfect night's rest. The guest bath has been beautifully updated with a spa-like feel, complete with a walk-in shower.

Swim in the oceanfront pool, snorkel out front along the coral reef, enjoy oceanfront BBQ's, or watch the large sea turtles (stay 10 ft away). Watch whales breach during the season (Dec-Apr). The beach can be accessed on each side of the property for walking, snorkeling, or just to soak up the sun. Right next door is Honokowai Beach Park, an open space featuring a recently upgraded playground area and shallow tide pools, perfect for the little ones.

Please note this unit does not have AC; however, there is a very cool ocean breeze that makes up for it!

Hale Kai is located 5 minutes north of Ka’anapali and within a 15-minute drive to most West Maui attractions. A short stroll to Honokowai Farmers Market, an organic food store, a local coffee shop, and a comfortable walk to numerous restaurants and shops nearby.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Beautiful and affordable

I enjoyed my stay here. You can hear the waves from almost anywhere inside the unit which was awesome. The toilet is difficult to flush and that was annoying and the grounds keeper was rude and I felt bullied by him because I was there as a single female.

great location

Great location, friendly patrons and perfect Murphy beds. It's great hearing the waves crash at night, being next to the ocean. There weren't a lot of people there so that was nice. Pool was cooler than I was hoping, but the the ocean at the doorstep made up for it.

We loved our stay at Hale Kai. It is a well maintained property for its age with a very nice pool and access to an adjacent beach park. We say turtles and dolphins from our unit, as well as views of Lanai and Molokai. Fabulous sunsets. Check in as super easy. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We chose this unit because of the location, price and Murphy beds. A sofa bed is not a bed so it was refreshing to have the Murphys. Nice people, friendly chill vibe… we will definitely return to this complex.

Based on the cleanliness and the fact there was NO A/C we asked to be moved to another location. Unfortunately the property management firm wasn't helpful!

Aloha, we appreciate your feedback. As you had reached out to our team the only concern that was expressed to us was no AC. If anything with cleanliness had been mentioned we would have addressed immediately. As we are sympathetic to any confusion it is stated in the description as well as amenities this unit does not have AC. We did offer to bring additional fans to help accommodate. As these are privately owned homes we do not have the ability to relocate in the same manner as a hotel. Our team is always available to help with questions and suggestions of units that may better suit your needs.

After a long travel day from the mainland’s East coast, we walked into our condo and quickly through the back sliding doors, as a magnificent sunset over the ocean greeted us on the lawn. We enjoyed several meals on the lanai while admiring the view. We even saw turtles on the beach right next to the condo complex.On the other side, across the street, is a great coffee shop and market. A longer walk or quick drive brings you to fun food trucks, a grocery store, and an ABC store. A 10-15 minute drive north gets you to two fantastic snorkeling spots at Napili and Kapalua Bays. Go a little bit further north for a breathtaking view of Honolua bay and more! Though convenient to all these locations, Hale Kai is a quiet neighborhood, where neighbors are super friendly.The bonus for this place is the 2 murphy beds, giving us 3 actual beds. Place was super clean and is just as it appears in pictures. I highly recommend this unit!

Unforgettable vacations

We have an amazing stay in Napili , the condo is right I front of the ocean , little beautiful beach next to it perfect for kids to play , and the sunsets every afternoon are breathtaking , we definitely want to come back next year .
