The quiet apartment is very bright and offers high-quality amenities. It comprises an entrance hall leading to a large living/dining room, a separate kitchen opening onto an L-shaped terrace. Perfect for enjoying the sun, the southern warmth, and long meals with family or friends in complete tranquility. The sleeping area includes a 13 m² bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a chest of drawers, and a second bedroom of approximately 12 m² with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings.

The property features a shower room with a single vanity unit. The toilet is separate.

Parking: Free parking spaces are available within the residence.

Amenities: Washing machine; dishwasher; air conditioning; Wi-Fi; electric griddle; television; two double beds (140 cm); Senseo coffee machine and a filter coffee machine; microwave; kettle; toaster; vacuum cleaner; sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils for the stated sleeping capacity.

Surroundings: Les Lecques beach is a large, family-friendly beach with fine sand. Stroll along the promenade to discover its stunning stretch of sand, nearly 2 km long, and its picture-postcard views. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The beach clubs at Les Lecques are open from April to October. Water sports are available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and jet skiing.

Bed linens and bath towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for a double bed linen set and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person).
Blankets or duvets are available in the accommodation if needed (ideal for off-season stays).

Cleaning: This is included in your booking, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.
