Quiet, the apartment is very bright and with quality services. It is composed of an entrance hall opening onto a large living room, an independent kitchen opening onto an L-shaped terrace. Enough to enjoy the sun, the heat of the south and long meals with family or friends in complete serenity. On the night side, there is a bedroom with a surface area of 13 m2 with a double bed 140 x 190 cm equipped with a chest of drawers and a second of approximately 12 m2 with a double bed 140 x 190 cm equipped with a storage cabinet to store your belongings.

The property has a shower room with a single sink unit. The toilets are separate.

Parking:
To park, free parking spaces are available in the residence.

Washing machine; dishwasher; air conditioning; wifi internet; electric plancha; television; two double beds in 140; senseo coffee machine and a filter machine; microwave; kettle; toaster; vacuum cleaner; dishes and kitchen utensils in sufficient number for the indicated sleeping capacity.

Environment:
The Lecques beach is a large family beach of fine sand. Walk along the promenade to discover its sublime stretch of sand of almost 2 km and its postcard view. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The bathing establishments of the Lecques beach also welcome you from April to October. Water activities possible in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddle, windsurfing, jet skiing.

Sheets and bath towels:
Optional and upon request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets or duvets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).

This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.
