Welcome to Château d'Aiguèze - Unique experience in the Ardèche!

Are you dreaming of an unforgettable getaway in a majestic setting offering a breathtaking view of the river at the gateway to the Ardèche gorges?
Discover this magnificent 11th century building renovated in 2024, a historic residence combining the charm of yesteryear with modern comfort, ideally located for an unforgettable getaway.
The accommodation
The castle has large rooms, very spacious with all modern comforts, you will find 6 large double rooms (all air-conditioned) one with a small adjoining dormitory for two or three children, at the top of the castle a large dormitory for nine older children (also air-conditioned) with its dedicated bathroom. 4 other bathrooms allow a great autonomy for everyone. You will stay at the gateway to the Ardèche gorges in a medieval village classified as "most beautiful village in France".

We stayed one week in the beautiful chateau in Aiguèze with a group of 8 adults and 6 kids. The chateau was perfect for our big group, the kitchen had everything needed including two fridges and two oven. The AC made it very comfortable during this hot week in August (up to 40 Degrees) as well as the pool and the access to the river Ardèche in a 5 min walk. Everything was perfect and the check in with Caroline went super smooth. She helped us with minor problems and even called a pharmacy for us, when everything was closed on the holiday. So a big thank you to Caroline, you were the best and kindest host we’ve had! :)

das waren extrem schöne familienferien in einem schloss, das komfortabel für alle erwachsenen und auch kinder war. mit 13 personen 8 erwachsene, 5 kinder zwischen 6 und 14. phantastischer ausblick, die lage ist grandios, in der ardeche kann man nach weniger als 10 minuten fussweg wunderbar schwimmen. die räume sind grosszügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. porzellan, gläser, besteck alles sehr stilvoll. die betreung durch concierge carolin war angenehm, bei bedarf schnell und effektiv. man kann sagen: besser geht es nicht.

Séjour PARFAIT

Groupe d’une petite vingtaine de personnes moitié adultes / enfants réuni pour un week end prolongé. Le château est superbe tout comme sa décoration. Logement très confortable, spacieux, avec deux salons, une grande salle à manger, plusieurs terrasses. Bien équipé, beaucoup de couverts, les repas étaient toujours un plaisir à préparer et à partager. Logement calme, vue imprenable, à 10 min pied de la rivière et à 5 min des premiers sentiers de promenade / trail. Literie confortable, avec plusieurs chambres et un dortoir que nos enfants ont adorés. La piscine et le billard ont été souvent occupés.Les gestionnaires du logement sont très réactifs et très sympathiques. Merci pour les échanges et le séjour. On reviendra avec grand plaisir !
