Enjoy your stay in this charming Nantes apartment, ideally located in the heart of the city. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), this apartment can accommodate up to four travelers.

It features an attractive living room opening onto a small balcony, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. The Chapeau-Rouge apartment offers all the comforts you need to discover our city, whether for business or pleasure.

The apartment is composed as follows
- A living room with a comfortable lounge/dining area, a double sofa bed (140x200), table, coffee table, TV, Wifi.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- One parking space in a secure parking lot

Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby. Historic sites, parks and gardens and contemporary infrastructures make the downtown district the heart of the metropolitan area's appeal. Just a stone's throw from Place Royale, a pedestrian zone with high symbolic value, it's also a popular spot for artistic, festive or political gatherings.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence's closed parking lot.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare Nord, 15 minutes away by streetcar.
- Nearest airport: 30 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.

Un appartement au coeur de la ville

Compte tenu de l'emplacement privilégié de l'appartement nous avons pu voir et visiter à pied des sites remarquables de cette ville très agréable.Pour des sites plus éloignés, les transports en commun sont tout proches et faciles d'utilisation.La voiture a seulement été utile pour aller jusqu'à Pornic et passer une journée à la mer.Le seul bémol pour la voiture, quelques précautions sont à prendre, pour accéder au garage, compte tenu de l'étroitesse du passage et de plus en virage. Le chauffeur doit être guidé par une personne à l'extérieur. Mais, c'est faisable.

Sleutels kunnen na afloop gewoon in de brievenbus. Echt een aanrader voor een verblijf in deze stad. Nantes is ook echt een leuke stad voor een stedentrip. De parking erbij is ook echt een pre. Met een grote auto wel een uitdaging om te parkeren. 🙁 Niets, was top."

Le Chapeau-Rouge "🙂 Le logement confortable propre, garage très apprécié. 🙁 La localisation au centre de Nantes certes mais l inconvénient un bar en bas de l immeuble qui ouvre à 17h et qui ferme tard dans la nuit, lors de notre séjour il y a eu des débordements de gens alcoolisés qui ont détruit des poubelles, cassé la porte en verre en l immeuble, nous avons craint pour notre voiture garée dans le garage juste à côté, heureusement ils n ont pas réussi à l ouvrir, et rebelotte la nuit suivante, cette fois sans débordements excessifs car les habitants des immeuble ont réagit. Bref, bel appartement ou nous n avons pas pu dormir les nuits. Nous avons informé la conciergerie qui nous ont répondu qu il n était pas responsable de ce fait , c était pas leur problème,comme on ne connaît qu eux la conversation à été rapide."

L'emplacement du logement permet de profiter du centre-ville et des différents transports en commun, ce qui est bien pour visiter la ville. L’accueil et les différents contacts que j'ai eu avec l'équipe a été cordial. Quelques petits soucis au niveau de logement (assiettes sales, fuite d'eau au niveau de la douche). J'aurais apprécié un retour concernant le signalement que j'avais effectué mais j'ai dû appelé pour avoir confirmation et des informations sur la prise en charge (cf. prise en charge du problème qui s'est faite après mon départ). De plus, j'ai dû faire face à des soucis concernant mon heure d'arrivée et de départ (ex: pas possible dans un premier temps d'indiquer une heure d'arrivée entre 15h et 16h alors que sur l'annonce et dans le message reçu, cela était possible)."
