AKAWAK So - Magnifique villa avec Piscine
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this sublime, contemporary, air-conditioned, 4-star architect-designed villa with sea view, 300 metres from the beach, with swimming pool, covers 150 m² and which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is located in the commune of Saint-François. It has a lovely 60 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 60 m² living room with TV, sofas...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2, master suite: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: bedroom with 2 single beds
- Two shower rooms
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 8x4m, salt-treated and open all year round, with safety alarm complying with current standards.
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.- A lovely 400 m² enclosed garden planted with trees.
The house is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant residential area. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park, which can accommodate 3 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:- Nearest train station: Gare Routiere De Saint Francois, about 8 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre Le Raizet airport, about 50 minutes by car.

- Bed linen and towels included- Free Wifi available- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation- All rooms are equipped with a mosquito net and ceiling fans.
